Reviews
The food in the restaurants offered loads of different choices and a lot of it was being cooked fresh in front of you. Never short of options. Drinks were plentiful and lots of options again.
Entertainment was on every night. Not to everyone’s taste but you can’t fault the effort of the staff.
The beach is beautiful and we never had a problem finding sun loungers.
The staff in this hotel were great and very friendly. I would, without a doubt, come back to this hotel in future. Fantastic holiday!
Our new room wasn't infested with pests but was very outdated and the cleanliness was very questionable.
The resort itself is fairly nice and close to the beach but the service is brutal. Never did they apologize for their mistakes they made which inconvenienced our vacation. The rooms have regular keys instead of key cards so if the person who is holding onto the key is not with you, you are out of luck. It took me 30 minutes to get the reception to open my room at 2 am when I was locked out and my roommate who had the key was no where to be found.
The food and the water is awful. Some may taste good, but out of the 3 people staying in our room, one was hospitalized for 2 nights due to a stomach infection and one became very ill on the last night with food poisoning and the flu, so that speaks for itself.
Avoid this resort at all costs.
Though there were one or two things we disliked, the 10 days I've spent there were honestly the best 10 days of my life, I've been in a few places around the world, but Natura Park and Punta Cana as a whole was the best vacation I ever had, I felt the true meaning of relaxing and forgetting about everything bad in this world while I was there. It was wonderful.
The resort:
As the name says its a true garden, with lots of exotic birds, flowers, trees, closest thing to nature you can get.
Big pools to swim in, alleys to stroll, wonderful (private/guarded) beach with sufficient sun beds, a perfect small bar with local music and paradise like water.
Rooms:
Very big rooms, with balcony and clean bathrooms with bathtubs (not showers), TV, AC and fan, cleaned daily, minibar stocked daily.
Staff:
We had contact with maybe 9-10 people while there, and each and every one of them treated us like we were long life friends and trying to accommodate us in every possible way. From the reception, to cleaning ladies, to bartenders and waiters, even the local guide we had a few daytrips with, they are all wonderful people that appreciate you as a customer and visitor in Punta Cana.
Food and drinks:
If it exists in this world, you have it available here. For breakfast, lunch or dinner, the diversity was overwhelming and even someone like me who is rather picky with food will be happy with what is offered.
Daytrips:
There are many you can pick from, I went in a few of them but the most memorable are the ones to Saona Beach and Santo Domingo.
The guide was awesome and answered all the questions we had, and he was able to wonderfully switch from fun and joy on the beach and boat trips to being serious while telling us about Punta Cana's history and architecture.
Conclusion:
I would definitely recommend this place for your vacation and It's my dream to one day be able to visit it again.
