I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. There is literally no staff available to assist guests. Not even someone to provide drinking water. When I asked at the reception, the only person present told me to go outside and buy water myself — despite the hotel being on the 6th floor!
This level of service is completely unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. Guests expect at least the basic amenities and staff support, which were entirely missing here. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for even the minimum level of comfort or assistance.

Beware, the pictures are not accurate. I booked through Booking.com, and when I arrived, I was shocked by the place. They then tricked me into thinking I could cancel the booking without fees and that the money would be refunded within two days. I was then surprised when Booking.com asked me to rate their stay, even though I didn't actually stay there. I went to another hotel, and I still haven't received my money back, even though I've been trying to contact them. In short, they ripped me off with 600 riyals. May God not forgive them.

Entering the hotel lobby, you feel old Cairo and you could see who stayed there in the 60’s and 70’s. If you want to really experience Cairo you have to stay downtown Cairo and at the old hotels. The hospitality of the staff may not be 5star, but it is certainly genuine.

The room is relatively large, but it is difficult to find. It is next to a large carousel, so if you take a taxi, it is best to locate the pharmacy. Otherwise, it will be difficult to park and find the hair dryer. You have to go to the front desk to get it.

The location is relatively good, but the room is really hard to describe. It doesn't match the picture at all. It is shabby in appearance. The key point is that the water ran out halfway through the shower, and then the water was replenished after waiting for more than ten minutes. Many times. The environment is very shabby. To be honest, if I bought something to eat and wanted to eat it in the room, I would find it hard to swallow...

Room didn’t have tools, shower no curtain, make sure to have your own soap and shampoo. Room was extremely cheap, and was worth the price.

True flavor of downtown Cairo!
This was downtown Cairo. The hotel actually started on the 6th floor. Elevator and entrance needed a good cleaning to say the least. The room was spotlessly clean however! Bed comfortable. Bathroom spoteless EXCEPT floor drain oozed what appeared to be clean water keeping floor wet...no bathmat or any way to sop up water and managment no help either. Enjoyed the downtown experience.
