This hotel is perfectly situated across from the pyramids and the Sphinx and only about 100m away from the main entrance and ticket office. We had arranged with the staff from the hotel to have a car pick us up from the airport, which was great. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful, whether they were at the reception, breakfast buffet or the restaurant. The food was delicious, both the breakfast and what we had at he restaurant on the rooftop. It was quite varied, with both western and local dishes to choose from, which was perfect given that we prefer trying out the local cuisine, but we also have an 11 year old who would sometimes like to have pizza or pasta. Our rooms did not have a window, but we didn't think much of it, given that we were outside most of the time or up on the terrace. I must stress that the view from the rooftop is incredible and you cannot miss the sunset over the pyramids! - family of 5

My stay at Egypt Pyramids Inn was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like family — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. They offered great local tips, helped organize my tours, and even arranged an airport pickup that made my arrival stress-free.

The absolute highlight of the stay was the rooftop terrace. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the comfort of the hotel was an experience I’ll never forget. It’s hard to imagine a better view anywhere in Giza. Breakfast on the rooftop was also excellent — fresh, delicious, and served with genuine hospitality.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, with everything you’d expect for a relaxing stay. The Wi-Fi worked well in most areas, and the location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to the Giza Plateau entrance.

If I had to mention one downside, it would be a bit of street noise at night, which is quite common in Cairo. However, the overall experience more than made up for it.

Egypt Pyramids Inn offers outstanding value for money and a level of personal attention you won’t find in larger hotels. Whether you’re visiting for a night or a week, this place combines comfort, culture, and one of the best views in the world. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cairo or Giza!

A great choice! The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely incredible — you can see the Pyramids and the Sphinx from the hotel, rooms and balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel very welcome, even arranging transport and excursions at fair prices. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Choosing Egypt tours with Abbderaman Nasr, from the hotel, was wonderful, he negotiated for me when I was shopping, made me feel safe in Egypt, calling on him for anything I needed. It was a unique vacation, which I will never forget. I would like to conclude by sincerely thanking all the staff working at the hotel! Even though I arrived in the middle of the night, they accommodated me right away. Everything was excellent – from the service, food and drinks, to the excursions and the connection with the pyramids and the sphinx that are opposite the hotel. I would like to end the review by sincerely thanking all the staff working at the hotel, but in. special way to Abbderaman. The first night I received the most beautiful room in the hotel for free because I chose to stay there. A wonderful experience! I will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Originally we were going to stay here 6 nights, but decided on 2, thank God!!
We had a panoramic room with a balcony which didn’t fail to deliver the views and experience that came with the exorbitant price tag. Rooms were spacious and clean, bathroom was large and clean, but the noise in the afternoon and night was relentless. People shouting and the honking of horns were the culprits!
Staff were great but their English was minimal at best. They did offer a pick up service at the airport which was great, but communication with the driver wasn’t great. We tried to get Uber from the airport, and that’s where the attempted scamming started. Luckily the driver made contact .
The rooftop bar was way overpriced for drinks, and no shade to be had , our room with a view and air conditioning was a way better option.

A perfect hotel, even without staying in a room with a view, it's worth it.
Environment: Facing the pyramids.
Service: The staff are very nice and friendly.
Facilities: You could easily spend a whole day in the rooftop restaurant.
Cleanliness: Meets your needs for showering, and the air conditioning is very cool.

The toilets are smelly and the facilities are old, but I can tolerate it.
The location and the view are amazing, so I'll give it a neutral rating.

Was staying at Pyramid Inn for 3 nights.
Their room is clean and service oriented, Especially the receptionist Aya who was super details in introducing the surround area and the culture of Egypt to us, I was impressed by her kind and friendly approach.

Balcony view is fantastic as the name of “pyramid inn”.

I was very well received, the room was clean and air-conditioned, and the hotel staff were very friendly. They helped us with tours and even helped us buy things at local prices. The place seems intimidating at first, but it's pleasant and very good.

The room and hotel are clean. The location is excellent. They push services, including dinner to watch the pyramid show and a taxi service around the pyramid grounds.

The scenery and hospitality are both excellent.

It was SO bad that we left two days early for a different hotel. Room with no windows, dirty bathroom, and loud noises all night. Breakfast took so long (40 minutes for our food) that we were late for our tour.

Some of the staff were nice, but one man (as mentioned in other reviews) was quite deceitful. He wanted us to book tours through him. He told our tour guide we were not at the hotel, so the tour guide had to wait outside and Whatsapp us to let us know what was happening. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Same prices for better places in the area.

The room was fairly basic but still better than the room we rented at Queen Life Pyramids Hotel. It was small and had a window at least. The roof top is amazing, probably the best view over the pyramids. The breakfast was basic, but ok. The staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to help with luggage, etc.

This was extremely bad! I had rented 2 rooms, with 5 beds and a great window view! However, when I arrived they have me 1 room with no window and 2 beds, the room smelled so bad, and there is no WiFi and no towels! The breakfast options are so bad. The room is extremely small. Also if you add just. Also the 1 star is too much, it deserves a -103810 star. Very bad experience

I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!
Two friends and I had a reservation paid three weeks ago for a triple room.
We arrived at the hotel and it turns out that the owner had rented it out😡
We spent the night in two different rooms, in one of them we had to sleep two people in the same bed, which also sank us towards the middle and it was an ordeal trying to rest.
The owner of the hotel, invited us to some souvenirs.
French fries, various soft drinks, chocolate bars and candies.
We asked him a couple of times if they were free and he agreed commenting that it was pure courtesy, a detail for having confused with our reservation.
To our surprise, the next morning he gives us the bill of what we had consumed.
For not entering into conflict we ended up paying him.
The room was clean, not great but acceptable.
The big downside was the excess noise from the street, if we had known we would not have stayed there.
In the bathroom there was a lot of humidity, drops fell continuously from the ceiling, the shower was horrible, the entire floor was flooded and it never dried up.
Two days after leaving the hotel, we had a mishap which prevented us from returning for our things, so the Egyptian police did us the favor of picking them up and taking them to the airport.
To our surprise, we were missing clothes, money and some objects (three pairs of wireless headphones, two vaporizers, a belt, a Diesel brand sweatshirt, some pants, a brand t-shirt, a fanny pack, some money... etc. ...)
We know without a margin of doubt that he was the owner of the hotel, he was responsible for keeping our belongings.
He took advantage of the fact that we did not have time to claim or file a complaint since our flight left right away.
This guy stole and cheated on us, although from the first moment we perceived some bad vibes from him.
I hope that this does not happen to anyone again, of course I do not recommend staying in this place, we are still very indignant, very angry and helpless.
