Very nice hotel at a great location. The lounge was decent and timing was also good enough. Breakfast was also better than what I expected and the staff were outstanding. Great experience overall.

The facilities are a bit old, but the service is still excellent. I arrived late and received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The room faced the Nile River, offering a great view. The minibar was also free.

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the staff were second to none! They very kindly upgraded our room, offering breakfast and providing complimentary credit to be used in their restaurant! The housekeeping staff were brilliant both during day time cleans and evening turn down service. My husband and I absolutely loved the Saigon restaurant on-site, authentic fresh tasting food! I cant fault this hotel nor its staff! Brilliant location where you can explore mamsha/ cornische. Old musuem is just 2km away and new musuem and pyramids a short 30 mins drive depending on traffic.

The rooms were small and poorly soundproofed, and the facilities were old. My family and I barely lasted two days across three rooms before we had to switch hotels.

The worst part was being woken up at 8:20 AM by housekeeping knocking on the door to clean. I told the staff I was still sleeping, but he insisted on cleaning and even tried to open the door. Luckily, I had it double-locked, and he tried several times. I complained to the front desk, and they said they'd look into it and get back to me, but I never heard anything.

It was an extremely poor experience. I will NEVER stay there again, EVER.

It was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent years. We had informed them in advance that we were traveling for our wedding anniversary, and upon arrival, they had beautifully decorated our room with rose petals and prepared a lovely, delicious cake as a surprise. The room, lobby, and overall hotel atmosphere were very elegant and well-organized, and the staff were extremely polite and respectful. The only downside was that every night from midnight to 1:30 AM, there was very loud music—I couldn’t figure out the source( we were on the 12th floor) but everything else was outstanding, and I definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is so big, clean well organized, breakfast was so delicious and nothing missing, my room was so clean, but above the night club, I keep hearing the music till 1 am, my check in was not that smooth, my room was not ready till 4 pm, location on the Nile river

The room was a bit small, and there was a strange smell coming from one side of the bed, though I couldn't pinpoint the source. The shower knob was incredibly stiff; I had to use all my strength just to turn it on. The worst part was check-in. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 45 minutes. So I waited. An hour later, I checked again, and it still wasn't ready. Another 30 minutes went by, and when I inquired again, I was told it still wasn't ready. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in at the front desk, and none of them seemed to be waiting. It wasn't until past 3 PM, on my fourth attempt, that the front desk initially told me to wait again. I then mentioned that the lobby air conditioning was too cold and I wasn't feeling well. Only then did the front desk say 'Okay...' and promptly made our room cards. It really felt like they had rooms available but just weren't giving them out...

The bed and pillows were good; I slept very well for both nights.

However, there was always a loud noise in the middle of the night... It sounded like huge pipes or some machinery running.

The room came with a universal adapter, which was a thoughtful touch.

I have a memorable experience during my stay FG room with full Nile View with Lounge Access. FG team members are well trained, patient, professional and more. What impressed me most was their food. Food and beverages were delicious. One of the staff asked me what I want to order for my dinner, then I said I'm vegetarian. The staff helped me to confirm with chef regarding my request and at the end served me a vegetarian spaghetti. It was so delicious. Besides that, the check-in and check-out process was very smooth. I like the welcome drink and chocolate too. Thanks to the FG teams, thanks to cleaner (cannot remember his name) and thanks to Irish as well.

Excellent! Probably one of the best hotels in Cairo. The service is great, and I felt very secure. Breakfast was also very good. There's a shopping mall downstairs with a Starbucks and some really good restaurants.
