Santana Hotel in Cairo

The biggest highlight was the hotel staff. Especially the reception desk with Rimon (I hope I wrote your name correctly) and other people working there. Rooms are clean. The shower missing the movable part, but it is still fine, but adding the movable part that allows washing the lower parts good, would be great. Location was also very good. 4/5 stars for me. With a few more smaller things it would be 5/5. I would still recommend the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Santana Hotel, made truly exceptional thanks to Rimon From the moment I arrived, Rimon was incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely accommodating. He went out of his way to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable, always with a warm attitude and a willingness to assist.

His attention to detail, patience, and friendly approach made a real difference to my experience. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to guest satisfaction. Rimon is a real asset to the hotel, and because of him, my stay was stress-free and enjoyable.

I had a great stay at this hotel, clean rooms, great location and a huge buffet breakfast. The staff are really friendly and attentive. I asked Remon (Rymond) to arrange transport for my inward travel to my next location and it was nice problem for him he sorted it straight away. He is kind and always smiling great service. Also, Ahmed was very helpful and attentive always smiling and welcoming. I recommend staying at this hotel as the staff are more than helpful. I also want to thank the restaurant staff and the porters great service in the restaurant and luggage moved in a timely manner. Thank you Santana hotel you deserve 10/10 from me.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with a clear view of Cairo Tower right from the street in front of the property, which gives the area a very special atmosphere. It’s also perfectly situated within just a few minutes’ walk of many restaurants, cafés, and local spots, making it very convenient to explore the neighborhood without needing transportation.

The price is very reasonable, especially considering that breakfast is included. The breakfast was delicious and generous, offering a wide variety of options such as fava beans, cheese, eggs, fresh Egyptian bread, and other local and international choices that suit different tastes. It was a great way to start the day.

What truly made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, I genuinely felt welcomed and comfortable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and looking for great value, comfort, and a warm atmosphere.

Good hotel for the money

Friendly staff and neighbors. The furniture may be a bit old but acceptable. There's a cozy cafe next to the hotel where you can enjoy dinner with sheesha.
