Hotel is not ethical. They will confirm the booking and during checkin they will offer another nearby hotel saying that this hotel is over booked. The offered hotel will be of same group but interior and with bad views. They will say that airport transfers will be provided as compensation. I noticed this for many guests during check in. Please avoid this hotel. Their Manager is number one cheater.

From the arrival till checkout, we had great experience with panorama view of Giza pyramid in the morning breakfast at panorama view pyramids hotel. The service at the hotel itself was very good. However, I am lowering my rating because the hotel driver was terrible. I used their driver, paid $20, and went on a tour of Cairo city. New star Z hotel is located in a quiet side of the area but we were facing a school, which made the morning a bit of a nightmare to sleep in. The room was big and overall the stay was good.
