Nice , comfy and quiet, the fastest check in I've seen , they're friendly and helpful, you're near from all and everything, nice stay 💯

I have paid about 20usD for single room.
It not bad.
stayed there for 10 days, it was okay i guess? i got a load of bites from flies i presume but i always expected that apart from that beds were fine the bathroom and shower is old fashioned but it does its job. the staff were nice and respectful I didn't use the breakfast service so i wouldn't know if its good or not. The Wi-Fi is very very inconsistent and was very frustrating at times but we were...
Very good place, air conditioning + very strategic location in downtown, metro station not far + good price. I’ve rented a single bedroom (watch video) for 31 days and i loved it.
The staff was nice and hospitable (Bola whom i met on my first day but Michael was the best ).
If you can ignore the fact that Cairo itself is noisy specially downtown you will be alright.
I recommend it.
Here’s my rating...
New Cairo heart hotel have a passionet team who facilitate your stay beyond your expectations. Good location and clean and the most smiling breakfast server woman I have met. If you chose this hotel you do not regret at all only be aware that it is placed at some floors of a building without a clear signal. Thanks team! We will come back on our next trip to Cairo.
The staff named salwa was very friendly with the kids and was really helpful and made us feel welcomed in Egypt and the hotel she even suggested places and helped with some directions. We were looked after very well by salwa . Thank you so much !!♡

Nice hotel with a great location.
The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially Ebtisam, Ahmed.
Sometimes the elevator took a bit long to arrive, but it wasn’t a big issue.
Good experience overall.
Great hotel with an excellent location.
The reception staff were very friendly, especially Ebtisam, Mohamed, and Mr. Ahmed.
Breakfast options were a bit limited, but when I asked for more, they were happy to help.
Overall, a pleasant stay
The hotel location is very good and convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The only downside was that visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
Thanks to Ebtisam at the reception for their professionalism.
The hotel location is excellent.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was good, clean, and had a nice street view.
The only downside was that visitors are not allowed in the rooms, which was a bit inconvenient for me
In the heart of Khedive Cairo, a somewhat old building but still intact, the rooms are fairly clean, my room came with a balcony, the staff is not bad in treating customers, the room does not include breakfast, but breakfast can be bought at a reasonable price from the nearby shops, there are a lot of Local restaurants and international chains of restaurants such as McDonald's and KFC.

The rooms are old, but the staff are very nice.
Excellent staff. Very helpful.
Great experience
I slept there fot two days before my exam in prometric.
Room was clean with all the necessary services you might want , receptionists were so welcoming
I liked it but there is one problem that it affords very bad food
We stayed there for a week.
The hotel is clean and quiet, with a friendly staff.
There's a free Wifi, a refrigerator in each room, and cleaning services.
The Restaurant and Cafe attached to the hotel has high prices, so it's better to buy your food and drinks from the outside. ( I recmmend Talabat a delivery app, very useful in Egypt ).
With your reservation you get to have breakfast included among...
The hotel isn't bad if you are looking g for a place to crash anf it is relatively cheap. They told me they offer better prices than online booking if you call them directly. So, maybe give them a call and see how the prices are.

Super clean , cost effective and nice stuff
Kind helpful staff met us at the street since the hotel is not advertised from below. The hotel is located from floors 31 and up so the views of the Nile and Cairo are amazing!
Very affordable lodging. Clean and spacious rooms. Balcony overlooking the Nile. Free breakfast. Free airport pickup. I'd stay here again.
This is one of the best places I've stayed in,period! Great view on the Nile with very clean rooms and the service is very friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend it for anyone who's staying in Cairo and want something not basic.
Hint: you could see the pyramids in some cases depending on the weather. 👌🏻
The only remark is that breakfast is Ok! (Presentation & quality)
hotel on 31-34 floors. the room with view is amazing. clean and good service. price is affordable. only issue that elevator take 1 minute to reach the hotel.

Kind and helpful staff. The room was very small but clean. Breakfast was quite poor. There was no hairdryer, no towels, and no slippers, contrary to what was stated in the details. Excellent location for getting around.
Soundproofing on the side facing the road isn't great. The room facilities are up to a certain standard.
Really is good and clear and friendly of staff
Every thing was okay and really good compared to the money that you paying but in the night I can’t tell where is my hotel just you need more light. Thank you
This hotel was well situated in Cairo city centre. It was a little noisy because of the other hotel guests. The AC was good

it was amazing accommodation and location
The service and cleanliness were good, and the staff were very respectful.
The room is very big and the facilities are very new, with two big beds and a big living room. It is very cost-effective. If you need to pay a deposit of 1,000 Egyptian pounds first, remember to have it when the babies come.
Good Location in the Centre
Good Staff
Nice hotel atmosphere
Good hotel with quiet room and beautiful garden, but room has too much dust especially under desk. Breakfast is simple, i almost can't have it as it start from 9:00AM, and recipient mostly are not there.
A great hotel with lovely staff. I used to stay there for some time and some my family have apartments rented there. They have a dry clean service, restaurant, mosque, and 24/7 security.

This hotel is for very undemanding travelers. The room had no window, apart from a small vent near the ceiling. In the bathroom, the only toiletries were shampoo and shower gel. We asked the reception for slippers, and they brought them. There was also no water or mugs in the room; these were also brought after a call to reception. The tea set consisted of one tea bag and instant coffee. The room was...
The hotel is decent in considering the location and service provided, however, there are still lots of rooms to be improved.
For example, the first day when we check-in, there is no bottled water and no towel provided in the room, so I rang the front desk and requested 2 bottled water, 2 bath towels and a carpet towel. However, after about 20 minutes of waiting, the staff came only with 2 bottled...

The plumbing is new, and the hot water is independent from the boiler. It's a bit dusty, but that's understandable, given the climate. The breakfast is good; they gave me a lunchbox as I'd arranged beforehand, as I was checking out that night and couldn't come for a regular breakfast. It can be noisy, as there's a restaurant on the roof, and the local mentality is evident outside. The ticket office...
Perfect location right opposite the entrance to the pyramid complex. Views of the pyramids and the Sphinx from the restaurant terrace.
The rooms are quite decent. However, there's not much soundproofing.
The breakfast isn't great.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
In short, we were delighted with our stay. The location and the view are incredible.
The location is decent, and the security is good. The front desk staff were also quite accommodating. You can enjoy a view of the pyramids and the Sphinx while having breakfast on the top floor. However, the room cleanliness was just average; the towels and pillows looked quite old. The soundproofing was poor, and the breakfast was also very mediocre.

We owed our trip to the staff so much. We really appreciate their support.
The hotel has a great location in downtown Cairo, making it very convenient to get a taxi. Luggage storage is free. A complimentary breakfast is provided: bread (two pieces), bananas, eggs, and coffee – enough to fill you up. The owner is very kind; when we stayed there for the second time after returning to Cairo from Hurghada, he let us choose any room we wanted, and we picked a spacious triple room
IT WAS A GREAT DAYS IN A GOOD HOTEL GOOD FOOD IT WAS REALLY GOOD AND AM HAPPY
The staff were very kind and we were able to check in early at 10am, but we were able to get to our room. The location is good, but I was disappointed that there was no hair dryer.
We liked this place a lot. On the edge of downtown Cairo, it's accessible to the heart of the city and at any hour of the day or night, you can find what you want or need. Staff (Mr. Wael and Mr. Hissam) were delightful and helpful in so many ways. In this area, you wouldn't expect luxury and some aspects of the hotel are a little run down. (An example is a balcony door that wouldn't quite close...

I SUGGESTED
Very good food, beautiful view and the best mango fresh juice from the entire Egypt!
Very lovely staff, clean, and to the price compared with others. The mattresses are very comfortable.
Very friendly owners. The good souls are the women in the house who take great care of everything and keep it very clean. The view from the roof terrace is breathtaking, and from there we have the sound and light show at the pyramids enjoyed several times for FREE .-).

It's generally okay, but there's no hairdryer, the shower head is a bit broken, there's only a power outlet in the room, no tissues in the lobby, and the Wi-Fi is broken; even after getting the password, I still can't connect. Also, some US dollars are missing.
One of the best places to stay in New Cairo (Fifth Settlement)!
The place is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail — it truly feels like home.
Ms. Ghada, the owner, is incredibly kind, friendly, and hospitable, which makes the stay even more special.
Highly recommended! 🌿✨
My stay at New City was amazing. The staff was attentive and friendly and the location across from the American University of Cairo was ideal!

During my stay in Cairo, I found most places quite cold in winter, but this place had a heater, which was a relief. Right from the moment we booked, the hotel sent us a massage wanting to know if we had anlny special needs, wanted a tour, etc. We booked a tour through them but our flight in was so late that we wouldn't have got much sleep so the manager changed our tour to the following day. I think this hotel has potential, but it was enough for us to try for 1 night. There was a huge WiFi problem after booking in, but the staff were quick to work on the issue, and I appreciate that. The amenities for the bathroom are less than other hotels. For the most part a nice hotel.
I enjoyed my stay here so much that I extended it. The pyramid view while having dinner was the absolute best.
Everything went well, the views from the terrace were wonderful.
The hotel is close to the pyramids, but it was difficult to find when using Uber or similar services because there are many hotels with similar names in the area. The building is old, and the shower water isn't warm. I wouldn't recommend it for families.

The hotel was inside an old building at 15th floor. We were really shocked when we had arrived, the elevator was old and slow. After arrival, the hotel was not really bad.
