And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day.
They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality
The next morning, they gave me a different room with separate beds, the one I hadn't booked. After two days, they gave me the room I had seen and booked online. I had to pay an additional 1500 LE for this room, so I had to pay again for the room I had booked and already paid for.
There were no towels, so I had to go downstairs and ask for them.
Water was only used once in the room.
Three of the staff members confirmed that the bed wasn't a queen-size bed.
Only one of them wanted to rip me off, and unfortunately, he already did, and charged me 1500 LE.
According to the staff member, the blanket is only washed once a week; it was dirty and covered in hair from other guests.
One staff member was super nice and understanding.
I will never book there again.
Although it is not a new building, it was well kept and did not feel unclean. However, towards the end of my stay, I was bothered by the smell of sewage coming from the drain in the kitchenette. I was a little disappointed because it would have been great if they had been more careful in cleaning the invisible areas. I hope for improvement.
