Another overpriced option in the hotel but at least this time food was as tasty as expected. As you don't have any options nearby, I would recommend a la carte restaurant to get a fast of Egypt.
Sadly, the service was sooo slow that the restaurant will make you wait when it's people waiting for payment or just having change. I had to ask the manager to take my card when he was looking at his phone without paying any attention to the people. Another table had to wait for 15 mins just to have the change.

The hotel facilities were extremely poor; the sheets and pillowcases were old and blackened! There were no slippers, mouthwash cups, face towels, bath towels, drinking water, tea, kettle, or Wi-Fi! There wasn't even hot water; I asked several times, but it never came! How could Ctrip recommend such a hotel???

Pros: The hotel staff were very friendly; they allowed me to check in early even though I arrived at 8:00 AM. Breakfast was served (enough to fill you up, but the selection was limited and didn't quite suit Chinese tastes). Luggage storage was available after check-out.
Cons: The hotel facilities were quite old; the Wi-Fi was very slow, almost unusable; it was quite far from the city center (given the unreliable drivers in Luxor, I had to walk an hour to the temples during my stay); the soundproofing was poor, and I occasionally heard banging or knocking from next door or upstairs. Although the room had a refrigerator, it was broken.

The service very good especially our tour guide mustafa, he so kind and very helpful he help us to buy the ticket and treat us like his own family . Also the front desk sister salma very friendly and kind. The room very clean and comfort. The location is strategic . Very recommended to book the hotel package tour at luxor. We're very satisfied

Nice hotel, friendly staff. The rooms were cold; I stayed in December, there was no kettle, and the air conditioning didn't work. However, they brought a warm blanket, and the staff responded very quickly to my requests. That was nice.

It was nice to have a supermarket next to the hotel.
It was far from the city center, so I had trouble exchanging money, but the hotel did it for me. However, the exchange rate was poor.
My flight was early in the morning, so when I told them I would be leaving before breakfast started, they made me a bento for breakfast. The owner was kind.

Had lunch buffet. Good choices & excellent quality. Very crispy , fresh salads. Main dishes are tasty. Overall is good. Service could be more professional, yet is nice & friendly.

There was a smell of formaldehyde, and the information was registered incorrectly, which delayed me for a long time. The total cost was 900 Egyptian pounds. Because their house smelled of formaldehyde, I didn't want to live there, and they also deducted 250 Egyptian pounds from me as a penalty. Think carefully

The room is a bit shabby, and there is no kettle, but the service is pretty good. They are very enthusiastic when you need help. There are many children running around in the corridor. The door lock is a bit difficult to use, but it is satisfactory.
