Please stop 🛑 killing animals around your hotel by poisoning because what you’re doing it’s signs that your hotel’s behaviour is not good ( fake ) so what you offer to your guests it’s completely fake. So think about it because you will lose your hospitality plus your humanity. We get this info already from your staff. Maybe when you will have animals around your hotel , you will have European people guest because they respect and love animals. We are unfortunately the neighbour of your hotel and we are so sad when we find it around us. PLEASE STOP 🛑 KILLING ANIMALS.

Hotel management of Rivoli suites asked someone to put poison around the entire hotel. Many of cats died there already. They haven't empathy for helpless and innocent animals.!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok hamam and spa, service was fine but 50 minutes massage turned into 20 minutes massage and 20 minutes of just waiting. The young girl masseur was ok professional but was afraid of my behavior apparently, it was not the way I hoped for and definitely not $25 worth it. Never had a bad experience with a massage before like this.

This is a mixed spa, more like a bustling market, with about twenty people at the same time, making it noisy and chaotic. Starting with the reception, the staff member spoke to me without making eye contact and aggressively told me to wait. After a 20-minute wait, they gathered us and took us to the changing area. The robe I pulled from the locker was wet, and I had to search for another since there were no disposable underwear available—you had to buy your own. Then, in a small sauna crowded with about ten people, I decided not to stay. The steam room had a strong musty smell and was also mixed. When I asked why I hadn’t been informed about the mixed nature, I requested a private area. Instead, they led me to a very dirty hammam, where the products were in open, unclean containers and the water was cold. At the entrance to the exfoliation area, I asked the attendant to turn off the AC, but she refused, saying she would be too hot. She then used an exfoliating glove that had blood stains on it, which I refused. When I declined the treatment, a supervisor told me that if I didn’t like the hammam, I could leave. It felt like I was being forced to accept their lack of hygiene or exit. The manager did come to apologize, but at that point, I didn’t want to continue. I opted for a massage, but the therapist seemed untrained—she just poured oil on me, and my face ended up red from some kind of paraffin product. Overall, I would not recommend this place due to the poor hygiene and lack of professionalism.
