The service in this place is impeccable. Especially at reception and at the golf desk - Martin, David, Ibrahim and Hisham went out of there way to make sure we’re comfortable. Wish the quality of the food could match everything else but still worth a 5 star rating.

The villa was amazing, clean and food was fine. But I have one concern that the stuff needs to be more friendly because the seemed to be stressed or not feeling happy working there. But I cannot say that they were rude. It's an HR responsibility. As a guest it's a shame on hr to let me feel that these people are depressed.

Rented a villa with the family, was very clean and equipped. It had a pool, it has very nice views of the lagoons and sea. Would definitely consider staying there again.

The hotel is good, but the rooms weren't quite ready for use. For example, the dishwasher wasn't assembled. We had to ask for trash bags at the reception ourselves because no one provided them. But all in all, it's pretty decent for the price.

Very nice hotel with two beautiful pools and access to the sea. Bring water shoes. Restaurants and shops are right next door.

The room was very nice and as described, please refer to my other review. If you are going to sail, it is best not to book through the hotel, as it is much more expensive, it is better to go to a travel agency on the street in person.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the hotel was nice and the staff were great. However, the internet was unreliable and the beach mats could use a good clean. Still, it was a relaxing trip and we’d consider coming back.

Nice place but more attention to details Royal beach is visually stunning with friendly staff. However on arrival the security is more interested in tips than turning on boiler, making sure TV and WiFi works. Fridge hardly gets cold. WiFi is intermittent. Would have been nice to have soap and shampoo at flat.

Very delicious mongolian restaurant in Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh! We had dinner every second evening at the beach with warm welcoming people! Even if no reservation they welcomed us. Time share trip with my family. They provided two connected rooms to better accommodate us (2 adults and 3 kids) with one room of them with simple kitchen (oven, countertop stove and some dishes and kitchenware). The room view is sea view and the other is side view. No food is available at the hotel. The service is good and friendly. The beach is too far, too small and the sea isn't good at all.

It was a nice convenient accommodation to stay in. Clean and spacious. Lots of storage space for when we unpacked. Fridge freezer cooker microwave and washing machine all worked perfectly. Khalil was very helpful whenever we needed any assistance with anything. Beautiful view from the rooftop..beach was within 5 minutes walk and cash machine nearby and also convenience store.

The room was very big, and the housekeeper Kelly helped us a lot. She could cook. There is no supermarket nearby, but it is very cost-effective. There is a Carrefour five kilometers away where we can cook. It is very cheap to take a taxi. Recommended
