zero crisis management, the water has been cut off for 9 consecutive hours and another 3 consecutive hours without any backup solution,, my advice they need to work on the crisis management to get the highest customer satisfaction

Okay price is so good, you can't find any place as cheap as however room was dirty, air conditioner had been worked not good, there was no even a soap, morning reception staff don't understand anything but Diana and night shift worker better as a staff

If you want a warm, friendly chilled out and laid back atmosphere with walking distance of the beach and shopping this is your home away from home. Great place to hang out by the pool and even more amazing staff.

The hotel is not for those seeking luxury and delicious food! First, it's almost all from TezTour, therefore, with this operator it's easier and the relationship better. Secondly, the food here is not very( to put it mildly), but given a reasonable price, you can safely take BB and eat at the nearby restaurants, not a lot of money to lose. The staff is polite, unobtrusive, clean on demand. The room is old( superior), but quite clean, the a / C/shower/television work. Love this hotel for those who do not like to sit in the hotel and prefer active rest, trips. All inclusive here is not worth taking)
