The hotel with a compact area, great views of the tourist centre of Naama Bay and offering panoramic sea views.

Renovated: 2012

Location: 17 km from the airport of Sharm El Sheikh, 3 km from Naama Bay and 9 km from the Old town, on the second line (on the hill).

Consists of two 2-storey buildings.

The hotel has 88 rooms.

Total area: 10 500 m2.

Beach: own sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

The overall stay was great, nice food, good location, friendly staff.

The room doesn't match the photo at all! It's like a dorm room with wooden beds and a broken wooden closet. Old floor tiles, whitewashed walls, a glass door leading to a balcony with broken glass. A rusty refrigerator. And a wooden table with a mirror, two nightstands. That's it. The bathroom and shower are in better condition, the tiles are newer, and the room is spacious. The sheets are clean, no one bit us. The staff is excellent, the pool is great. We only had breakfast, and we were full.

The hotel is situated on a hill with a beautiful view of Naama Bay.

The rooms are renovated but unfortunately not very clean. There was no toilet paper in my room upon arrival.

Eden Rock is the first hotel in Egypt that didn't provide beach towels. Cleanliness in the restaurant was poor; tables were dirty and were only cleared, not cleaned.

There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms, no hot water, and the showers didn't work. There were bugs in the rooms, and hair and other debris on the floor, so it felt like the room wasn't well-cleaned. The doors were hard to open, and some of the cleaning staff were unfriendly. The breakfast wasn't very tasty either. However, the pool was nice.

Okay the only good think I’m gonna say about the hotel is the location and the staff in the morning were so helpful.
But what I wasn’t impressed was how can a hotel have no internet in the room regardless of the price of the hotel. I booked this hotel because all I needed to do was sleep until I check into my other hotel, which had no availability for that night.

I didn’t feel comfortable at this hotel at all.
First of all, the guy at the reception was a scammer. They told me it’s better to exchange money with an Egyptian, so I exchanged $30 with him. The next day, he came back to me saying he had made a mistake in the calculation — that he had given me money $50 instead of $30 — and asked me to give him $20 more! He clearly thought people are stupid and was just trying to scam me. It was obvious he was trying his luck.

Second, I stayed for 4 days and no one cleaned the room, not even once. No one even asked if I needed anything.
& We had booked a couple’s room, but they gave us a double room with two single beds. When we asked for a proper double bed, they said there wasn’t any available and just pushed the two single beds together.

Third, after 6 PM, swimming is not allowed. I used to go out for activities during the day, and by the time I came back in the afternoon, I couldn’t swim because it wasn’t allowed.

Fourth, we sat on the balcony at night and guess what? We got eaten alive by bugs — it was full of them. We had to rush back inside the room and couldn’t even enjoy sitting outside on the balcony.

And there was no Wi-Fi in the room, and even in the lobby it barely worked.

In short: no cleanliness, no good service, and on top of that, a scam.
The only good thing about this hotel is its location and the sea view.

A very small hotel. The food is zero. The service is zero. There are better 3-star hotels. A staircase down to the beach. Absolutely unsuitable for the elderly.

The most important thing for me in any hotel is the cleanliness of food and room and the good treatment of the guests by the staff
The view is good , there is no variety in food but it's good and clean
The chef knows from day one that i like chicken and don't eat meat or liver so he made chicken for me when there was no chicken without even asking him Thank you chef!❤️

All staff are good and friendly❤️
They have access to 2 good beaches calmera and jewel and both are good and its staff are friendly too and you can snorkel in calmera it's a sandy beach but there is a small rock inside which a lot of fish live in
