The stuff is far behind. They are not professional at all. Some of them is good. Receptionist his name is Said I do not know hie he is working in that position. No room service no drinks. Kitchen is permative with no food variety.
This hotel only for location which nearby hadaba. My advice you should visit after 21 of September and rely on your self.

1st Time going to Sharm El Sheik to relax and celebrate my birthday.. The EXPECTATION Versus REALITY is too far from each other ,

1st - We arrived in the Hotel nobody is welcoming, no one is attentive to assist the guests and let them wait, I don't know if they are short staff or what.

2nd - Room is dirty and dusty, it doesn't look like even ready to occupy the room. No complimentary things inside just like other hotel considering this is what is " 3 STAR Hotel ? ", in the washroom One Packet of small Soap and 2 sachet of Shampoo.

3rd - During the Breakfast and Dinner Time.. The food is not enough for the Total Head Count of All the guest that will come .. maybe the Staffs and the Management don't know or doesn't have the idea for the foods that they suppose to serve and not all for the food even the availability of the Water during this Times

4th - Price Wise Good
5th - The Swimming Pool Area is Good
6th - The Most Important thing NO WIFI in the Room, in the reception only!
Total Overall Experience- I would definitely not recommend it to my friends . Worst Hotel experience ever

One of the worst hotels I went to. The receptionist's manner was really bad and my belongings were stolen from inside the room. The food was the worst. I really regret staying in this hotel.

It is better than 3 stars. I like this place and the people who work in there. There is also nice view in back side of hotel. Room is okay. Food are nice.

The price is affordable. The guy at the front desk is very patient. The breakfast room is very comfortable and there is a swimming pool. The most important thing is that I had many bugs and they helped me deal with them.
Book a taxi for me
It took me half an hour to book a go bus for me and was very patient.
The last and most important thing is that I forgot my passport. I sent it by mail. Oh my god, I was so moved.

Dirty rooms ,
Good restaurant but you need to fight to get your meal because shortage of protein,
Insects attacked us at night and my kids suffered during vacation
Water is dirt with spoiled smell .

It is near old market, walking around 20 min. Room is ok, but not kind of other resort hotels.
We stay short rest for midnight flight.
