If there is less than one star in the review, you deserve this review. First, the rooms are not clean, especially the bathrooms are very bad and smell bad. Second, the place is far from the heart of the city and the activities. Third, the breakfast and dinner meals are the worst I have seen. There is no attention to the cleanliness of the food, nor to the shape, size and quantity. Also, you feel as if you are eating food that has been stored for days. As for the chefs, they do not respect people’s humanity regarding the quality of the food. I advise not to deal with this place. There is nothing special about this place.

It was a very bad trip. I do not recommend anyone, whether Egyptian or foreign, to deal with or book at this hotel. The food is very bad and not organized or fresh. The staff's behavior is very bad, and you feel like you're dealing with a street market, especially the hotel manager and the reception staff. The rooms are bad, and the bathroom is even worse and unclean. There aren't enough dishes in the restaurant for you to eat. The swimming pool is very bad and unclean. They don't have anything good in the hotel. I do not recommend anyone to book or deal with this hotel. Unfortunately, I only spent one night of my reservation, and when I wanted to leave, they didn't want to refund my money and verbally insulted me. The worst thing about everything is that it's not clean at all.

My stay at this hotel was by far the worst holiday experience I’ve ever had. Nothing here matches the description or the promises in the listing, and the conditions are simply unacceptable. 1. Beach The hotel advertises a private beach just 2 km away. This is completely false. That beach is not available for guests at all. The only beach we could use was over 7 km away. The hotel provided a shuttle bus only twice a day (around 9:00 and 13:00). The bus ran with its doors open, the driver was constantly on his phone and always late, because he first smoked and chatted outside before leaving. The beach itself was extremely small, just a square patch with a few rows of sunbeds. Moving the sunbeds was forbidden, so you couldn’t adjust to the sun or shade. Very often there were no places left and we had to sit on poufs. The only positive thing about the beach was the restaurant nearby – the food and drinks there were decent, unlike in the hotel itself. 2. Standards and cleanliness The hotel is completely neglected. The lobby and restaurant had an unpleasant smell, the corridors were dirty, and the pool water was cloudy and unclean. When diving you couldn’t even see another person one meter away. Next to the lobby entrance there was an open storage room with scattered rubbish and clothes. In the room, the fridge was disgustingly dirty, the sofa was stained and never washed, the air conditioning did not work at the beginning, and the duvets were torn. Cables were running all along the walls, leading outside through the window. Above the wardrobe there was even a loose cable with a strange ending, looking like a makeshift fix – or even a bug. It looked unsafe and very unprofessional. 3. Service and towels At first, there were only two small towels in the room. I asked for two large ones, but only received one. The next day the cleaner brought two clean large towels, but took one back from my hands because I had only one large dirty towel to exchange. This happened three times – absurd for a double room that should have two towels. Only after going to reception at the end of the stay did I finally get two proper towels. Cleaning was also done late in the evenings, when guests were already in the rooms, which was very uncomfortable. 4. Food and drinks “All inclusive” was only in name. There were maybe five dishes to choose from, none of them labeled. There were no descriptions, no allergen information, and you couldn’t even tell what some dishes were. For example, fried fish looked like potatoes, pizza looked like a margherita but had ham inside, and almost every dish contained some strange, low-quality meat. Soups were basically just fat, served cold. Bread was always dry and hard, potatoes were bad, fries were kept together with fish. On top of that, the cooks did not speak English at all – only Arabic and some Russian – so it was impossible to ask what was in the food. This made it a nightmare for anyone on vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free diets.

This is the worst resort ever. Dirty rooms, dirty beds, dirty food and kitchen, Air conditioning is the worst for a country with that much heat and hot climate. Only staff are good because egyptian people are good. Otherwise everything is bad in this resort. I’m leaving from the very first day.

The food is very very very very bad I was looking for something to eat and I was very hungry and I did not find anything but cucumber and salad to eat and I ate a little rice but it was very dry like sand and I took a little pasta but it was very bad I was completely kneaded and the dessert corner you look at it with nausea and the salad even the tomatoes were very bad and not suitable for a human or animal even the fish I ate a piece of it and I felt severe pain in my stomach and the quail was as if it was killed I bought food from outside the hotel for dinner. I was really looking for something to eat. The chef in charge when I took these photos spoke to me in a very strange manner, without respect or boundaries, and did not solve my problem.
