Just finished a lovely 2 night stay at this hotel. Being able to use all 3 hotels is just great. So much space and choice. Rooms are a little dated but other than that, its perfect. I had trouble when I arrived at the hotel, had payed 3000 dollars. But had to pay 1600 to reception at arrival. After 3 short phone calls, trip.com transfer the money I payed extra. I booked this hotel for my last night as a layover before heading to the airport, and it actually exceeded my expectations. It was super convenient to get to City Stars mall from the hotel. Even though Google Maps said the mall closed at 10 PM, a lot of the restaurants inside stayed open much later, so you can definitely grab a bite to eat there.

The room was spacious and bright, and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Plus, it's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall.

Internet sucks inside the rooms. For me, internet didn’t work at all inside the room. Its a great resort with good rooms. They have 10-15 restaurants inside the resort. All you can do is relax on swimming pool and eat during your stay. I would highly recommend the resort owners to provide some activities/services as well instead of making everyone eat at 100 restaurants.

I had a disappointing experience at Rixos Hotel. The food quality was poor and did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this level. The staff attitude felt very rigid and unwelcoming, more like dealing with the army than hospitality professionals. Overall, the experience was not good value for the money paid, and I expected much better for a luxury brand like Rixos

On first impression, the Grand Hotel Sharm El Sheikh is undeniably beautiful. However, the experience quickly fell short of its 5-star rating. We have just returned from a 12 night stay. This is our second visit to The Grand. The facilities are plentiful, 9 pools, 2 main restaurants, snack bar pool bar, waffles/crepe's. We stay at grand hotel for a week, everyday Gumaa cleans our room.so gently and carefully. He changes our towels everyday. Do our beds, clean every surface with so much detail. He never touch our tings and even do some towels details, like roses and turtles. Thank tou so much gumaa❤️
