The front staff person was pleasant but not overly talkative; that's fine though. The path to the room wound through cool corridors and beautiful rooms. The room isn't was quaint and the nearest part was that the bathroom floor is heated, so no cold feet after a shower. The beds were comfortable the room clean.

Right in old town and very affordable! The building itself is very charming, and the staff are very helpful if you have any issues. The cleanliness is questionable, but taking the age of the hotel and the price it’s forgivable. The sauna was great! All guests can use the sauna and gym as much as they like. It seems they can also use the wellness facilities. There are three types of saunas, a spa, and a jacuzzi, so it's great value for money.

We booked a large family room for our vacation, and everything exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the old town, and the bus station is right across the street. Cool small hotel in Kadriorg neighborhood. Very good service. Air-conditioning is very effective. Quality breakfast served in downstairs Gourmet Coffee. If you're traveling by car you might be able to squeeze your car through the narrow gate and then down into a very small garage, which do have electric car charging station btw. You can also leave your car in the street next to the hotel.

The temperature in rooms could only be adjusted a couple degrees, but thank goodness the windows could fully open. We faced the water and it was very noisy one night (past 2 AM). Receptionist is professional. I have booked the room on booking.com but I didn't know that I haven't pay for the room yet. Still they allow me to live in the room and pay later. There is no sandals inside the room. Toilet drainer is smelly. The charge you money to change your bed lining.
