Service is as excellent as possibly can be.
Very attentive, friendly and helpful service from all the staff members, especially from Julia and Anton. Breakfast service is fast and smooth, tables do not stay dirty after guests are leaving for longer than a minute. Everything is literally flying.
SPA area is not big, but is looking good and is super clean.
Every minute in this hotel felt like a fairytale.
Highly highly recommend this place to everyone visiting Tallinn.

Breakfast was good with some great and some quite basic things. You may order some food from the menu as well which was a nice surprise.
Hotel staff was very helpful and polite as one may except from this level of a hotel. We had some complimentary treats in the room waiting in the evening as we had special occasion. The room was available even a three hours before the check-in time which was great.
The room has several different lighting options, a selection of pillows to choose from, beautiful objects, and stunning design. The bathroom is modern, and the sink is large, giving plenty of space to wash your face comfortably. The rooftop terrace offers breathtaking views over the city. Nothing is missing in this hotel. It’s worth every single star — and even more.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and good pillows. You can stream both via chrome cast and airplay.
Breakfast is nice with a good selection. Coffee tastes good and you can have a pretty decent espresso even.
Coffee machine in room (stayed in a suite) is lavazza and this could be improved by getting Nespresso. Generally I like them better. Personal preference maybe.
We did not have a car so can’t say anything about parking. Can say though, there’s parking outside the hotel and it looks quite empty so should be fine.
Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you’re in Tallinn.
