Reviews
At breakfast there was a long queue; I ordered a coffee and it arrived after 1 hour. I reminded them four times that I had ordered a cappuccino. They said there were many people and they couldn’t serve it right away. After I got angry, it finally arrived in 2 minutes 😇 we can’t sleep because of the noise from the air conditioner’s motor.
At check-in, instead of offering an early check-in fee, the front desk told me the only option was to pay a much higher rate for a room upgrade — not just for the first day, but for my entire three-day stay. After a long trip I was exhausted and felt I had no choice but to accept. When checking out, I was told this payment “was not received,” despite having paid by card, and that I needed to pay an additional €50 on top of the €100 deposit they were holding. Only after I insisted and created a scene did they suddenly “discover” it was a system error. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be of international standard.
Breakfast service was no better. Staff would take my coffee order and then never bring it — more than once. It seems basic hospitality and service training are simply absent here.
Yes, the rooms are comfortable, but when service is this poor, the whole experience loses its value. From front desk to restaurant staff, I found the service careless and unprofessional. As an Accor member, I am honestly embarrassed by this property.
We had requested a room on a higher floor, and the hotel kindly arranged it for us.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
The bed was extremely comfortable.
We also tried the restaurant on the 30th floor, and the food was excellent – I highly recommend giving it a try
The basic room is actually really spacious, and I slept like a log. The bathroom is spotless and has everything you need. The breakfast is a real plus – lots of choices, and you can get fresh orange juice. The cappuccino is from a machine, but it does the job.
What really stood out this time was the price. I booked through OTA, and it included breakfast and let me cancel if needed, which used to cost extra. For a hotel of this quality, it's a great deal. Parking underneath is 20 euros a day. All in all, a great experience with nothing to complain about
