Very convenient location, it’s like 6mins walk to the Stockmann shopping mall in Helsinki city, 8mins walk to the vr train station. But the hotel is self check in and the lift only can access on 4pm the check in time. No luggage storage but you can store luggage at vr train station starting at minimum 3h. There’s 4 of us so 2 of us sleep on the sofa bed. No blanket for sofa bed and it’s a bit dirty but luckily there’s bed sheet for us to use. Water kettle and beverage powders are prepared as well. Price is considered cheap for the room and location.

It was the worst hotel I have ever booked, without exaggeration, and I am exceedingly unhappy with this experience. I deeply regret making this reservation, especially since the price was so high, comparable to good four-star hotels I already had booked before .
I booked the hotel early in the morning and received a notification that I needed to check in online and fill in all my information. However, the page didn’t work all day. I tried throughout the day, and around five in the evening, I finally the website worked and I succeeded to complete it, but I didn’t receive the code and couldn’t enter the hotel. I repeatedly tried to contact them, but no one answered the phone. So, I returned to my old hotel, which helped me get in touch with them to obtain the code, knowing that all my information I already submitted were correct.
I returned to the hotel, the building was old, and the smell of food from the Asian restaurant next to the entrance filled the place. The entrance, the room, and everything were of a lower quality than what was shown on the website, and it was far from my expectations. I am very disappointed with this experience. Never again even if I’ll get itchier much cheaper price. It’s very bad hotel with no service and quality at all. Even hostels are better but much cheaper.

From the perspective of economy, cleanliness, and comfort, this hotel is outstanding. Its location is incredibly convenient, right in the city center, with large shopping malls like Kamppi, Forum, and Stockmann department store nearby. It's worth noting that since it's a self-service hotel with no staff, we had to take our trash downstairs to the bins. There's also no luggage storage service here, but nearby shopping malls offer paid luggage lockers.

The location is excellent, and the room is spacious and very clean overall. What sets this place apart—especially for a European hotel—is the amenities. It has a fridge, microwave, and a kettle. It has even a bidet sprayer (bum gun), which is a fantastic and highly appreciated touch for Middle Eastern travelers.
It was my first time staying at a hotel with no physical reception (everything is accessed via key codes), which felt a little unusual at first, but it worked perfectly. A great choice for a short stay!

Despite an initial issue with the access codes, my overall rating is more than positive. Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, and a quiet environment. The only drawback was the bathroom, which was a bit small but had everything needed.

The location of this hotel is excellent, the room is spacious too. It is right on top of a Vietnamese pho shop, before the Solo Sokos Hotel Torni. It distributes its door code via email and can only be use after 4pm. The door code is used for the door entering the building, the elevator to your floor and to enter your room. So one must be extremely careful when you leave your room, if you forget anything, it's gonna be troublesome. This hotel is closed to a shopping mall called Forum with eateries inside. In Helsinki, buffet is very popular, especially the sushi buffet, I wonder why :)

Zero service, everything is self-service. The entrance is hard to find. The bed's cleanliness was standard, but the toilet was mediocre, stained yellow, and the floor was uncomfortable to walk on. The transportation is so-so; nothing is particularly close or far.
