The hotel was not like a 5-star hotel; it was old, but the location was excellent.

Been many times in other cities and was always nothing but excellent. This time not all perfect. A room with a miniature sauna as such is a great idea. A lot of stains on the furnitures, could be better cleaned off. The sensor lights and the air conditioning system is weird as well.

Clean hotel, requested a bath tub and was provided. Early checked in. Breakfast was good. Sauna turned out to be time and gender restricted for 2 hrs each, so plan accordingly. Good and close to shops and restaurants and railway station.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The room didn't have a microwave or a kettle, but it did have a mini-fridge for drinks. The trash can was a bit small. I'd consider this hotel again for a short trip.

Amazing and affordable stay tucked in Hakaniemi. Location is good as it is close to Hakaniemi train station. There’s a McDonalds nearby and mini market. Overall cleanliness of room is excellent and the breakfast buffet is delicious too.

Been here several times. Always clean. A bit noisy and the windows don't close properly. The sauna area is really nice.

Amenities and rooms were quite good. But it is so confusing if you’re checking in after their office time which is later than 8pm. You can’t even enter the building and nobody’s there. If it’s late night or if youre traveling alone, it’s not gonna be right choice. Beside that everything is comfy

The place is very clean and the atmosphere is very cozy. You can also find many supermarkets around you and a 24 hour one in case you forgot something. Not to mention it is only 2 minutes away from the metro

The amenities in this studio were fabulous, great kitchen area and bathroom including a washing machine and laundry pods. The staff were helpful when needed and we could store our luggage free of charge before and after check out in a secure space. Best bed and air conditioning I have! Quiet and stylish hotel room. Good location with tram and train stations within walking distance. Nice and friendly staff. Just note the bathroom has no door. If not used to cold weather, you may feel cold while taking the bath. Also the luggage storage at hotel is a series of lockers. If the lockers are full, you may not be able to keep your luggage there.

The hotel is right at city center. It's clean and the breakfast is very good. A little bit down side is that there is no cafe machine in the room.

Great location with convenient transportation access. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped. The surroundings are elegant, with clear lake water all around. There's also a private underground parking garage.

The morning after my check-in was International Women's Day, and they even gave me roses. Overall, it was a very good experience. Service: A very poor experience. At 3 AM, someone suddenly tried to enter the room; thankfully, the door was secured with a safety latch. When I called the front desk, they said it was a routine staff check and they had opened the wrong room. When I checked out in the morning, the front desk staff apologized coldly, but I didn't feel any remorse at all. I will never choose this hotel again.

Very nice pool and sauna + steam room. While you're supposed to book times in advance, spontaneous use is also possible without restrictions. Breakfast is also very good, and the bar in the evening is highly recommended. Great hotel.

The sanitation is very good, the breakfast is great, but early check-out is not possible, and there is a lack of flexibility, which leads to a lack of consideration for the customer's perspective. If the next time you stay there has a more complicated itinerary, you should choose carefully.

My train arrived early, and the hotel allows early check-in for an additional fee.

The room is quite large. You can use a room card to access the elevator, so security is guaranteed. Luggage storage is available. Note that you need to find the button on the wall to close the curtains, as one of my companions didn't know this and didn't.

We had an excellent stay at Hotel AX! The hotel’s unique art-inspired design and spacious, well-equipped rooms made our stay truly memorable. The rooms are a bit old fashioned already but personally I like it. They have their own character compared to many popular business hotels. But this is really matter of taste. The court yard side rooms are very quiet, which is a requirement for me, but don't expect any view. The breakfast is very good in central European standards but quite average in Finland or Sweden.
