Friendly owner, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. Stayed for one night, close to a metro station and has fast food places nearby. Decor is dated but that’s not a bad thing. For the price (79€ in November 2022) you can’t really ask for much more. There is a code to get back into the hotel if you are back after the reception shuts at 11pm.

We stayed one night this October. Hotel with past decoration. Nevertheless, a very warm welcome from the manager, very caring for her customers. Instead, ask for a room overlooking the street behind. Good, quite hearty breakfast. A good price-performance ratio.
Functional. I had to spend a night in Paris on a budget, I was alone, I just wanted a bed and a shower. The hotel is certainly old-fashioned, it's not very comfortable, but hey, you get what you pay for. It was the cheapest room for my dates in the southwest sector of Paris. The manager very welcoming.
A very nervous hostess who obliges the guests not to leave the hotel after 11:00 p.m. because she wants to sleep.
