FM Hotel in Paris

Do not stay at this hotel!!!
Had high hopes as I got greeted kindly, hopes dropped as I saw the room. Dirtiest room I’ve seen, blood on the sheets and pillow cases, suspicious stains on the rest of the furniture. Mould in the shower, roof looks like it’s about to cave in.

The worst hotel so far. Dirty, noisy, in a dangerous place located.

Upon arriving at the hotel, we were immediately concerned about the safety of our 6-year-old daughter due to the presence of homeless individuals, and communities with substance misuse issues etc. Furthermore, the requirement for our passports at check-in raised additional safety concerns, especially when compared to our previous experiences at other establishments where a booking number was sufficient for check-in.
The lack of a lift necessitated carrying our luggage to the third floor, which was inconvenient and unexpected.
Upon entering our room, we were disappointed to find numerous issues that made our stay unbearable. These included:
The presence of an unprofessional individual, not in uniform, guiding us to our room.
Continuous intrusion by a staff member offering assistance, causing discomfort and fear for my wife and daughter.
Dirty and yellowed pillows with noticeable sweat stains.
Mold and bacteria in the bathroom, particularly on the shower curtain.
A faulty window that did not lock, compromising security.
A blocked sink leading to water overflow, creating safety hazards.
A broken toilet flushing system.
A malfunctioning wardrobe with haphazardly scattered hangers.
Uncomfortable and worn-out mattresses on the beds.
A sticky floor and unpleasant odour throughout the room.
Due to these unacceptable conditions, we were unable to sleep and eagerly left the premises early the following morning. Our dissatisfaction was further reinforced when we observed the receptionist sleeping on the floor, reflecting the overall poor standard of service and accommodation.

I genuinely don’t know how it is legal to allow people to stay in such a disgusting place. The area the hotel isn’t great, rooms were vile with stains on the sheets, tea towels for towels and a disgusting bathroom without a toilet seat. The wardrobe had one hanger, and you had to hold the shower head when showering. There was no hair dryer as promised, and one bar of soap between three friends. I appreciate it was cheap, but seriously, pay a little extra and go elsewhere. The photos are lies.

My stay at FM Hotel was a deeply unsatisfactory experience in several aspects. The service provided by the staff fell far short of expectations, displaying a lack of courtesy and willingness to assist guests. The hotel's structure had significant issues, with visible mold in the room and a persistent sewage odor in the bathroom, clearly indicating a lack of proper maintenance.

The lack of regular room cleaning was noticeable, and the constant need to request towels at the reception became inconvenient, with the quantity provided often being insufficient for the number of guests in the room. Furthermore, the poor condition of the bathroom shower holder and the absence of toilet paper are clear examples of a lack of attention to detail and guest comfort.

Overall, my stay at FM Hotel was marred by a series of problems that significantly detracted from my experience, falling well below the minimum expectations for a hotel establishment. This was undeniably a disappointing choice, and I would not recommend it to other travelers.

Terrible hotel. Cleanliness lacking, bathroom fixtures falling apart, unsafe stairs and no elevator, rude and impolite staff (the cleaning staff left our room door open one evening when we returned, so anyone could have entered while we were away).

The area around the hotel is undafe. There are a lot of people accosting girls. The room is clean, but we didn’t have even kettler or towel. Moreover, the toilet flush didn’t work. We had to give back keys every time we left the hotel. The only thing I can give a star for is service (very nice and helpful guys!) and free wi-fi. That’s all.

do NOT stay here! comforter had holes in it, pillows had weird stains, only one outlet in the whole room, bathroom was very dirty, & to top it all of, it’s in a bad neighborhood.
