This place is amazing, the staff/team speciall Muhammad at the front desk, always their if you need help in anywhere and will do their best to make sure your experience is nothing but 100% fanatic, the rooms are always clean and the shared bathrooms are too, great price and is the best option for anyone coming to Paris to see it's beauty. The transport links is fantastic and Gara Du Nord isn't that far amd the metro too, the food looks fantastic and the drinks price is too. One of the best hostel I have been in and safe too. Would fully recommend this place to everyone 👍

I had a great experience at Generator Paris, and I would especially like to highlight the service provided by Mateus at the reception. He was very friendly, polite, and extremely helpful, in addition to speaking more than two languages, which made the entire experience much easier. He genuinely cared about meeting my needs and helping me in the best possible way. This kind of hospitality truly makes a difference when traveling. I definitely recommend this hostel!

Getting lost in the streets of Montmartre remains the highlight of my time in Paris. While the city is famous for its wide boulevards, these winding, hilly lanes feel like a secret village tucked away from the modern world.
I started my morning early to beat the crowds, climbing the steep stone steps toward the Sacré-Cœur. Reaching the top, the panoramic view of Paris waking up under a soft mist was breathtaking—the rooftops looked like a sea of blue-gray zinc. Instead of staying in the main square, I ducked down a side street and found a tiny café where the tables were barely big enough for two. Sitting there with a café au lait and a croissant so flaky it shattered at the first bite, I watched a local artist setting up an easel near the Place du Tertre.
The afternoon was spent browsing the green-box stalls of the Bouquinistes along the Seine. Sifting through vintage posters and dusty first editions felt like digging through the city's attic. There’s a quiet grace to Paris; it’s in the way the light catches a wrought-iron balcony or the sound of a distant accordion echoing under a bridge. It’s a city that rewards you for putting your map away and simply following the scent of fresh bread.

This hostel is huge. I only stayed for two nights and barely used the facilities, but I think it would still be suitable even for longer stays since it almost feels like a hotel. It’s close to a metro station, as well as some cafés and convenience stores. The area doesn’t feel shady at all—it’s very quiet, in what seems like a residential yet slightly busy neighborhood.
The employees are generally nice, and the place was clean and well-equipped in terms of amenities. Just note that towels aren’t provided and need to be paid for separately. You also have to pay extra if you want to use a locker to leave your bags. Overall, I’d stay here again given the chance.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. It was very quiet at night, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The personal locker was also quite large. Overall, a great travel accommodation experience 🥰

Excellent, really enjoyed it!

I had a great experience at this accommodation and would definitely recommend it. The rooms and beds are very clean and well maintained.

A special mention to Mateus at the reception — he was extremely friendly and helpful. When there was an issue with the first room I was given (there were already someone else’s belongings on the bed and in the locker), he handled it professionally, upgraded my room, and even arranged a lower bunk bed for me, which I really appreciated.

Excellent service, clean rooms, and attentive staff. I’d happily stay here again!

Location is very convenient. Colonel Fabien is 100m walk and easily connects to all the metro stations across the city. Rooms were clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was quite comfortable in mid December. The shared bathrooms were clean as well. Bed was comfortable with sturdy frame. I spent almost all my time outside and was only sleeping in the room, so can’t comment on other aspects of the hostel. One downside - no kitchen. Staff were helpful but not friendly. There are lot of rooms here and lot of people. Overall would definitely choose to stay here again. Recommended !

It was alright. The 8-person room was quite spacious. They had bunk beds, and you had to make your own bed. There were no bath towels, and when I went to the front desk to ask for one, they said it would be 7 euros, so I declined.
