This hotel provided great service and the staff did everything they could. Price was great value. The location was not near anything useful. No grocery, pharmacy nor restaurants. Breakfast would compare with a USA continental breakfast, except the pastry was better. Not a large selection and you are better off getting breakfast here as there is nothing real vlose.

The room was very nice, clean and a comfortable bed. For those who like a early breakfast, it’s great to be able to get up and make it. Located on the heart of Sarlat my room had nice views. Close to shops and restaurants plus the historical areas.

Staying in 4 star hotel in sarlat.
Weather was cool.the location was excellent. But these hotels should not be 4 star it should be 2 and 1/5
The noise was 2 much.
The bed was disaster. We couldn't sleep comfortably.
The tv power was on all night that makes room shine. They should have the tv that power should be under the tv not a side.

This rates as the worst hotel I have been in the past 25 years. The checkin was tedious for our group of 24. My spouse was so violently hit by the malfunctioning elevator door that she bruised her forearm enough to cause a 3" gash. Toilet paper and tissue paper were not replenished during our 2 night stay. Sleeping was hard as the AC was not activated yet but still managed to put out warm air when selected. The breakfast was a c- unless you include that they actually re-used one of the tiny jam jars that a previous patron had opened and taken a small amount. Several of us asked for ice and were given precisely 8 cubes in a cereal bowl. DO NOT GO HERE! I have done multiple review and never a bad one like this!

A modern hotel in a very beautiful old town. Great facilities, pool, jacuzzi, garden seating. There is no restaurant at this hotel, there is a breakfast room and a bar. 5 minute walk from the centre of Sarlat. Rooms are very comfortable.

We stayed here for 4 days, pure Bliss lovely rooms and a very comfortable bed, the hosts could not do enough for us, the breakfast was great nice coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice, the greatest surprise the apple TV in every room, Sarlat is a lovely place to visit the heat was stifling but I would love to go back again to see it in more normal temperatures, this part of France is beautiful and the people are lovely and friendly,
