It may not be in corporate colours but it is what it is - a budget hotel. It is very convenient to the station and it does breakfast, which is what we wanted due to early start in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet. There was a lift, something we had missed in places where we had stayed during our visit to Italy and Sicily. The breakfast was more than adequate with good choices and frshly pressed orange juice. Would certainly stay here again.

We booked this because of the convenient location by the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, storing our luggage until check in time. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the eggs at breakfast - they were made from powder I think. The rest of the breakfast was good.

The hotel was very conveniently located. The room was spacious and quiet. Breakfast provided a good choice in a bright environment.

Well what do you expect for €75 a night? Internet not working, room small and decorated like prison cells. Walls are paper thin and you hear noise from everywhere. Wasn’t bothered by train noise, location good and staff very pleasant. Would always go for the Mercure across the road

Comfortable bed, nice bed linen, good breakfast. Hotel room is a little tired looking. Due to it's location ok for one night stop over.

well placed. near the old town and the Gare. as the entire city of Chambéry is so at peace i have zero complaints. it's an old 30's hotel modified to an Ibis. the rooms are a little yesterday, porridge wallpaper etc. take a balcony room up high away from the rail at the back. my room had no shears on the 1st floor so the neighbors opp closed theirs. lovely town and a good place to stay for that. bike friendly too

Pleasant restaurant.
Limited menu but it changes on a regular basis.
Been here with family a number of times and we have always enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating especially given our unplanned early arrival. Thankfully most speak some English. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and many restaurants. The breakfasts were very simple but nice. The rooms were clean, small and very basic, no closet or safe. The bathroom was extremely small and did not feel safe getting in and out of the shower. The tub is very high and small and there is very little room in between the toilet and the sink. I would not call this hotel handicap accessible, lots of stairs, small elevator and narrow room entries.
