Wonderful stay at K2 Djola! Perfect location in the heart of Courchevel. The rooms are great and comfy. Special thanks to Corinne, the director, for making our stay so seamless and welcoming. Highly recommended!

We spent 3 great days at the K2 Djola and really loved our stay. The hotel is very comfortable and perfectly located in the center of Courchevel. The snow front is just a short walk away and honestly everything can be done on foot. There’s also a shuttle if needed. Our Premium room was beautiful, with a great design like the rest of the hotel, and very practical with everything we needed. The ski storage at the hotel was also really convenient. The team was lovely during our whole stay. We were welcomed by Corinne, the hotel director, who was very kind and gave us some great restaurant recommendations. She was also there when we left, which was a really nice touch. We were a bit worried before arriving because of some negative reviews we had seen, but they really didn’t reflect our experience. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

However, she said that check-in time was 4 PM and the rooms weren't ready. We asked her to at least give us one room so that the women could change comfortably, but she disrespectfully said that this wasn't possible and that if we wanted to ski, we would have to change in the restroom. While the argument was happening in the lobby, another group of our friends entered the hotel to check in, and without realizing they were from our group, she immediately gave them their room. This was unacceptable and the last straw. This is ****** behavior and it's not nice; your job is to help customers and ensure they have a good vacation!

Accommodation with an extremely high price for the services provided!
Bad pillow, they don't provide water in the rooms, in the sauna there's a small pitcher of water with cardboard coffee cups, bad breakfast, they don't replenish items in the room such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo and cups, very poor lighting inside the room, it's hard to pack your bags, after 6 PM the only room service available is water and there's no parking or any staff to help with luggage.

We usually stop at the various hotel bars in Courchevel 1850 during our holidays and decided to try Djola for the first time. It was by far the worst experience we've had in the resort in over 15 years. The poor waiter, working alone, was trying his best to manage the service (drinks and preparing the platters). The platters arrived after a wait of over 45 minutes, by which time we had already finished our drinks. The vegetarian platter consisted of very overripe tomatoes and radishes, which have no place in an establishment of this caliber. To top it off, the two girls at reception made petty and stupid comments when we paid the bill, which were completely unacceptable. Next time, I recommend they be more discreet when they're making fun of the customers!

Well located, comfortable, and attentive staff.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the center of Courchevel. It's not ski-in/ski-out, but it's a few steps from two large gondolas. Across the street you have access to a shopping center where you can find everything you need. Large and comfortable rooms and a helpful and attentive staff.
