The Superior room max 3 persons: traditional room, 30 m2, 1 double or 2 single beds overlooking the street or mountains. There are rooms connect.

Room category Prestige, max 3 people: a room in a modern style, 30-33 m2, 1 double or 2 single beds overlooking the street or mountains. There are rooms connect.

The Suite, maximum 4 people: decorated in a traditional or modern style, 35-50 m2, 1 double or 2 single beds overlooking the street or mountains. A large part of the rooms has a separate bedroom.

New year's eve dinner: EUR 300 per adult, EUR 190 per child under 12, drinks not included.
Christmas dinner - 165 euros per adult, 100 euros per child under 12, drinks not included. Tourist tax of 2.30 euros per day per person.

People 13 years old and over stay for € 320 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

I had high expectations for this hotel, given its reputation and history, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The front desk staff was incredibly rude—not just unhelpful, but downright dismissive. They looked at me as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest, which set a terrible tone from the start.

The service overall was great, and I can’t fault the housekeeping or restaurant teams, but the room smelled absolutely awful. It was unbearable, and when I approached the front desk about changing rooms, they flat-out refused, showing zero concern for guest comfort.

For the price and prestige of this hotel, I expected far better treatment. I would highly recommend looking at other hotels in courchevel —there are plenty of excellent options nearby that offer both great service and hospitality. I won’t be staying here again.

A special mention to the fantastic SPA

Definitely not a 5 stars hotel, our room had one key only, because for some reason they don’t know where’s the other key?!?! The bath tub wasn’t clean. Also, Why would a 5 stars hotel charge extra for eggs in breakfast? I also believe it needs renovation, the colors of the interiors are suffocating.

This was everything we wanted from a Christmas ski trip and 10x more.

It has such a luxury feel, with superbly clean, detailed and cosy Christmas rooms. We’re spoilt for service in Dubai, but the staff at Le Lana are better even than the best hotels in dubai.

The location was perfect, you’re able to jump onto the slope from the hotel, even the staff helping to get you into your boots and skis!

Really really wonderful hotel, ran by great people.

Excellent in every aspect for sky fanatics:

* Location and access to slopes!
* Christophe: butler who takes your ski boots and puts everything away for you.
* Food and wine, at breakfast and dinner superb
* Spa and facilities are so great!
* Suites are very cozy, woody and modern at the same time.

i love la lana but i don’t like how under 18s can’t stay at the pool after 6! I get it if they are being silly and disturbing the peace, but kicking out a peaceful teenager for doing nothing wrong is really bad!

Bathrooms very old and not renovated…Worst customer service, reception never answers the phone… the TV has a lot of issues!! No espresso machine… the concierge are always busy (but they have good service). The best thing about the hotel is the location and the ski service is good

During the discharge of luggage from my car one of the bagagiste damaged my car and scratched with one of my bag the paint of the car,and it happened just in a front of me. I said to him about it but he didn’t recognize his fault and I asked the chef concierge to find a solution but they refused to recognize the fault . It’s a big shame to this 5 stars hotel to employ this kind of not honest and non professional staff. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or clients.
