We had an exceptional stay at Villa Florentine and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Set in a stunning renovated convent, the room was impeccably clean and the staff consistently attentive. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety and healthy options. The steps leading to the hotel helped offset the delicious meals of Lyon. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed two nights in October. The service was fantastic, they even humored my bad french :) the location can't be beat, right near many of the sights, and easy walk or bike ride everywhere. Great staff, location and property

Very good location for where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good value. The room was a bit cold at first but warmed when I turned on the heating for a bit. The bathroom stayed quite cold. Overall I would really recommend the hotel.

The hotel has an ideal location, with easy access to almost all important sites. It's also very close to the Hôtel de Ville-Louis Pradel metro station. Except for the small bathroom in the room and the lack of slippers, everything else is available. The bed is clean and the room is tidied. Remember to hand in the key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and pick it up from the front desk when you come back. You can store your luggage for free. It is very close to Perrache SNCF and UCLY is next to it.
