A magnificent hotel right in the city center. Very quiet rooms, comfortable mattresses and pillows, huge and pleasant bathrooms, amazing breakfasts, and very friendly staff. I really enjoyed my stay. I've stayed here twice.

Great location, nice and helpful reception staff, good that there is a covered car park (charged). The bathroom needs some TLC and more attention to cleaning. The mattress great but the pillows are rock hard. For a couple of nights it is ideal as there is a metro station close by that takes you to the old centre .

Small hotel in Lyon Croix Rousse , clean rooms, friendly personnel. You can walk to Vieux Lyon in about 20 min. Thats really nice.

Perfect for a day in Lyon. Rooms were clean, service was prompt and friendly. Garage was under the hotel. The Saturday farmers market is a 5 minute walk.

We had the family room. Was spacious, super clean, with all necessary amenities available. Breakfast was very good and had a great variety of croissant, fruits, cold cuts, cheese, musili, and all sorts of fresh juices.

Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, it is closely located to a metro station and the Mur des Canuts. The rooms were clean and since our rooms where located to the back, it was not noisy at all during the night. The buffet was small but sufficient. Price-quality was great. The hotel is conveniently located and offers underground parking for €12 per day. There are only paid parking lots nearby. There's no hairdryer, glasses, tea, or coffee in the room. There's no refrigerator. The air conditioning barely cools at maximum—it's hard to cool the room in hot weather. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE SEEN A HOTEL ASK FOR A €100 DEPOSIT. The room was extremely small. There was no closet, there were only 2 hangers in the open. There was no hair dryer, kettle, glass cups, etc. I am writing again, the room was so small that there was no place to put a suitcase. There was a minimum variety at breakfast. Close to the highway, but otherwise perfect welcome, room OK, I approve

Hotel located near Perrache train station. While the neighborhood isn't particularly exciting, the hotel offers decent rooms for a short stay. It's clean. The breakfast is good. Perfect for an overnight stay without needing luxury.

The room was cute, but tight. the front desk staff were very kind. Make sure your car is small in order to fit in the parking garage.

Clean room and good property with 5-7 min walk to the nearest metro station. Easy access to the city and walkable access to some museums.

Staff was very good and bilingual and spoke English. Very accommodating with putting medication in the refrigerator since rooms did not have refrigerators. Rooms were adequate however very small. The property appeared to be recently remodeled.

Overall, the value for money is good. The location is good. Cleanliness is good. Parking in the parking lot must be reserved, but you can find a spot outside along the road next to the hotel.

As our train from Lille was cancelled (fire on the line), we missed our first pre-paid night, arriving hot & tired next day, Very friendly, sympathetic welcome and helpful information given. The room was great. Location is average. Please note that not all rooms are lift landing, despite requests. We didn’t know that we need to carry luggage up a floor to the room and then back to the lift.

Are family of 6 booked two Lumiere suites, with 3 people in each room. We could not have been happier with the accomodation and location. The quality of the rooms is outstanding and both rooms were light filled. Our rooms were on level 3 and 4 and over looked the street below, but with double windows so incredibly quiet and dark at night (the curtains were complete block out). Location was unbelievable...

Being in a very old building meant the room was unique. Some good points: excellent lighting, many electrical outlets, an espresso machine. Also although this was the Vieux Lyon area with many bars and restaurants, the double windows meant it was very quiet. Even within the room, one could not hear anything from the toilet room or bathroom room.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, 5-7 min walking. One can reach the "old town" by takin the metro in the main station, it's a 10 min ride (approx 2€). There is a shopping mall in front of the train station and caffeterias in the station, that are good to get supplies. The hotel has an ideal location, with easy access to almost all important sites. It's also very close to the Hôtel de Ville-Louis Pradel metro station. Didn't have breakfast but can't imagine it being amazing going by the style of hotel. Better eating out and sampling the Lyon patisseries nearby anyway. The receptionist — whose name I unfortunately forgot, but who impressively speaks seven languages — is extremely professional, kind, clear, and charming. She truly left the strongest impression of the hotel. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants, and I must emphasize that she deserves high praise!

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and large. The breakfast atmosphere was very quiet, and the food was very good. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro station, and you can take the bus right outside the door.

The hotel is centrally located and close to the metro. The room has been renovated, but you can tell from the plumbing and the sound that the hotel is old. It's even awkward to use a regular key. It's inconvenient that the trash can is only in the restroom. The windows faced the courtyard, so I slept well. Overall, everything was fine.
