I had a very good night's sleep at this hotel. It's very well located in relation to the hospital (10-minute walk). Easy access. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. The welcome was warm. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent.

We stayed there with our little puppy. The staff had kindly arranged a room that’s close to the elevator. Room was spacious and neat too. Free parking on the street, but no onsite private parking which is a shame. We’d stay again.

Good. Clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It's a bit far from the subway station, but 4 minutes from the bus station. But overall it's acceptable, slippers and mineral water are provided

Stayed for three nights. Hotel is in a very nice location with most attractions in walkable distance. Lots of restaurants nearby. On top the front staff was very friendly, caring and welcoming. Will definitely recommend.

The receptionist who welcomed us was really kind but the following morning I walked the dog and when I returned I had to use a code to get in,which I was not made aware, buzzed three times and the female receptionist was at the desk ignoring the buzzer. The hotel is located near University Street and has its own parking lot for €15 a day. You can also park on the street outside the hotel and pay at the machine. The room was quiet and comfortable, with a kitchen, a loft, and a small balcony. There's a supermarket nearby, and transportation is convenient.

The property is very nice and centrally located. There's a huge parking lot nearby, which is very convenient for leaving the car. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices.

Single room was very spacious and the hotel is at a perfect location. Has a little cute pool although the water is a bit too cold for winter. Everything was fine but curiously they put up the history of the ground in the hotel corridor which I found quite creepy for solo travelers lol

We stayed at this hotel for only two nights, we were greeted by the NICEST & KINDEST receptionist Marwane. Also, the hotel lends you umbrellas when it’s raining outside which is so cute. The pool was honestly great, I don’t understand all the bad comments about it bahahha we loved it. Breakfast is good, nothing crazy but everything you need for a good continental breakfast :) Best location ever...

The location is convenient. The sound insulation in the building is good. There are carpets on the floor. You can walk everywhere. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very convenient. The sanitation is also very clean. It is a pity that there is no refrigerator and safe.

The hotel environment and surroundings are very dirty and messy. There is no parking space of its own. To park, you have to go to a public underground parking space or a train station ground parking space far away (the hotel staff does not recommend this parking spot because the car may be pried)

The bathroom was really small. Only one set of towels for 2 people. No coffee or tea making facilities. Bed mattress was like a topper, and all bedding was plastic lined so very hot and uncomfortable. 12€ for unsecured parking. We are now in an holiday inn suits hotel in Reims and is a 100% bettter , car park free and under cover. Ibis have gone down in my opinion

Perfect location for visiting Star Music and eating at Carnagie Hall! The staff were very friendly, the Ibis Comfort room was great, and having on-site parking was a major plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.

This quint little hotel is in the middle of the city where most of the attractions and many restaurants are of walking distance. Very convenient. Our hotel room is one of the bigger size rooms to accommodate our child. It has air conditioning and was working very well for an August stay. Arrived at 11am and were able to check in to the room - this was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Standard room for the price was a bit small; hotel had just switched from AC to heat and their system can only cool or heat not both.

Our room was very hot and the AC was turned off for the season. When we complained we got a quiet room off the street which was much better. Very responsive.

Room 402 was not refurbished and looked outdated compared to the rest of the hotel, and definitely different from the rooms advertised online. Room amenities did not reflect a four star hotel, no coffee or tea making facilities. The bathroom only had a whirlpool bath tub which is narrow and not practical for taking showers, especially in August! And that was meant to be an upgrade!! Breakfast buffet...

The staff is very kind, but in some rooms the shower is cold.

The hotel is nice and tidy but then they do not have hot water for shower when we arrive and we have to wait for more than an hour to shower.

The room was clean. The girl at the front office checked us in early, that was nice. The housekeeper accommodated us with extra comforter as I felt cold so that was kind as well. I haven’t tried their breakfast as I need a high protein meal and I wasn’t sure they had that. Hôtel definitely needs an upgrade. Everything looks and feels very dated.

The College Hotel truly is a fantastic stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and made check-in quick and easy. Our room was spotless, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. We loved the central location for walking everywhere. Five stars—highly recommended!

Very conveniet location next to a ton of bars and restaurants and walkable distance in Old Lyon to all the sight seeing. Don't understand why the 4 star rating however. Room was depressing at best.

This hotel is “ok”. Small things could have been done to give a better value. The rooms could have more hooks but that is a personal preference. In general I felt it was not good value for the cost. We had the most expensive room category. Keep looking you can find better less expensive centrally located hotels.

The Collège Hôtel was perfect for our 4-night stay in Lyon! The location is great, within an easy walk to so many fun neighborhoods and multiple metro stops. The team could not have been nicer and more accommodating and the terrace is gorgeous. The water bottle-filling station is an underrated amenity!

It’s a perfect place for visiting Lyon. A little bit old fashioned as it’s the old part of Lyon, very charming. Breakfast is really good and the ladies who serve, do their best to meet all your needs.

The room was small but worked well for the 2 of us. The receptionist was very helpful. My big issue was the long driveway to the elevator. If i was traveling solo i would feel very unsafe staying here. I would have liked to have to swipe my card to use the elevator or the stairs.

This is our second stay, and this time we got a room with breakfast for two, and everything was delicious! The room was a little worse than the first time; there was a hint of age in the air. But otherwise, everything was great, and for the price, it's a great value. Perfect for a stay. We highly recommend it!

Nice historic building and basic but comfortable rooms. It's close to the center and not too expensive, so I would probably stay here again. The neighborhood is not very safe though. Couple of guys tried to pickpocket my phone right around the corner and overall it feels very sketchy after dark. Better not go out late.

There was an overwhelming smell of sewage in the reception area and sometimes in the bathroom. It was masked by perfumes but still came through.

I stayed on the 6th floor. There was only one room available, and the floor was a bit low. It was a separate wet and dry room with a door to the bathroom. Honestly, I felt like I was in the maid's room. The hotel initially tried to charge me a second time. I had to contact customer service. A lot of dust. Room on the 6th floor, even though the elevator stops on the 4th. Staff was friendly, though.

No ac so had to keep windows open but it is a very busy noisy street so difficult to sleep easily if room is on the Main Street. Perhaps a fan ? We loved the Time Machine quality of the room which was unique and fun and yet still fully comfortable and clean. We were a bit skeptical given the nature of the Entrance -but it is lovely once you enter and understand the unesco heritage.
