Great for concerts, great staff, very welcoming!
Easy check in and check out. Very convenient!
Good and secure hotel. Nice breakfast.
A hotel that matches what you pay for it. It’s clean, well kept, and does exactly what you expect of it. The staff are nice, the cleaners are great, overall I’d recommend especially given its proximity to great public transport.
Ibis stay Would have been nice if there was tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The room also needs a fresh coat of paint as quite dated. Not even some water in the room

Such a beautiful hotel and the staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble for them. We didn’t have dinner in the hotel but we did have breakfast every day which was delicious with plenty of options and lots of organic options. A wonderful stay 😊
We had fantastic weekend in Lyon the hotel was fantastic base, well located to visit different parts of the city. Our room was well appointed and designed, with a really warm feeling. We ate in the Hotel restaurant, which offers a fine dining tasting menu. My wife is vegan so we booked ahead and checked that they would cater for her. We expected a more simple dinner for her. The kitchen, however, devised...
We absolutely loved our stay at the Cour de Loges. From the moment we arrived the staff were amazing. From the reception staff at check-in to Tanya the fantastic bartender who made delicious cocktails to Cecile in hotel restaurant Le Comptoir all the staff were warm, welcoming, friendly and very professional which made our stay exceptional. The room was very comfortable, clean and super quiet and...
We were a group of 6 friends that had the tasting menu, each course explained in detail and matched with wonderful wines. Cour des Loges sits in a calm and elegant setting. The dining room is in the centre of an old market space, with its features highlighted by soft lighting . It is a very special venue, with passionate staff and a menu which delivers the best of French produce. We had the pleasure...
For a few recent visits to Lyon, I decided to stay at this Radisson which popped up as an alternative to the one cited in the tower across the river. And for what you get is excellent value. It's location puts you near plenty of places to eat and wander, and if you're feeling up to it, take a walk (or for an even bigger challenge) jog up the hill to the Basilica for great views across Lyon! Rooms...
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. The architecture alone is worth the visit. It was rainy and cold in Lyon at the time, so the spa was an excellent way to spend the afternoons. The peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff really enhanced my holiday. I couldn't recommend it enough!

Staying in this hotel was quite a miserable experience, barely adequate for a hostel, never mind a 3 star establishment. The room (although quite clean) was tiny for our party of two. The luggage occupied almost half of the floor, making us jump over it when we needed to move across the room. The window was facing the railway, which was expected on the one hand, but sleeping with it open was very...
It was an excellent all-round stay. And suitable for all types of visitors from business to single travellers. We would visit again.
Excellent service by all staff. Breakfast was great. Very quiet night even being next to the lift.
The staff was very polite and willing to help us understand the surrounding shops and attractions. I highly recommend this hotel because they have buffet breakfast and Express breakfast options.
The location is OK, next to the transportation hub of Perrache. It takes about five minutes from getting off the subway to walking into the hotel. It's not bad if you have big luggage to carry, as you don't have to walk much in the subway station. The hotel itself, as others have said, is nothing. But it is also possible to turn the cost savings into more favorable housing prices. There is no resteraunt...
It's very good, but the roof is slanted, so tall people should be careful. The waiter was very nice and the location was good. Booked 1 night so that we can catch the bus early in the morning

Staying and service was great.
Great hotel, location is quite central but also away from the main area (roughly 20mins walk). Near the river so ideal for morning walks. Close to the massive market and also pastry shops. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff were great and very helpful. They also have a daily Aperitif from 6.30pm til 8.30pm so we got to sample some delicious fresh French deli meats.
location is perfect, almost at center, service is good, there is a bar very convenient

The staff at the counter is really friendly and made every of my wishes come true. The rooms are clean. All in all a really comfortable room next to Lyon Gare. Spent very good days in Lyon herr. I can recommend this.
The hotel was very accommodating. The reception was well organized, and the staff were professional and well behaved. I stayed on the seventh floor, and my window faced the main street, offering an amazing view. I really liked the color combinations and the overall layout of the hotel. The bathroom was simple yet very well maintained. The shower was equipped with a water-saving system, which I appreciated...
Premiere Classe Lyon Center is sitting next to the Lyon Part Dieu station (10 min walk). It is surrounded by a couple of restaurants and a supermarket. The room has a bed, a small bedside table, a chair and a toilet. You could find kettle next to the reception. If you need a hair dryer, you can borrow it from reception for one hour with €20 deposit.
I couldn't ask for more from this hotel. It was a very comfortable stay and will definitely come back. When you're always out and about, you don't really need all these luxury amenities in a hotel. A clean room, comfortable bed, functional shower with good water pressure and enough space to store your necessities. This place delivers all of these. Yes, the room size is a bit small but there's a decent...
Room is less spacious than expected given a 3-people room, but location is pretty convenient, decent walk distance to prime area.
The hotel was very clean and nice, although it was far from city center and nit near a close metro station. However there are available bus stations and trams at a walking distance.

It's okay. The location is convenient with two subway stations nearby and a supermarket. There aren't many restaurants though. The area feels very safe. The room is a bit small and the desk isn't very practical for putting things on.
Wonderful place with very reasonable price. I recommend this hotel.
The location of the hotel is super good, right on the pedestrian street. What's especially considerate is that the two rooms are arranged together with a door in the middle, which is very good! But the price is parking! Let's not talk about parking in big European cities, that's not the hotel's problem.
The French room is as small as usual. There are mosquitoes in the room. Everything else is good. The breakfast is quite rich. The location is good. You can reach any attraction in half an hour on foot.
Very well located. Very friendly service. Good breakfast. Small step at the entrance that may make it difficult to enter if you are in a wheelchair.
The hotel is very clean and beautiful, with a small refrigerator, and the location is also very good, right next to the shopping street, recommended

Lovely boutique hotel stay. Charming, quaint, helpful and friendly staff, great location in a quiet neighbourhood right by the beautiful Tête d’Or park. Great value, very reasonably priced, especially considering the perks and quality of the stay. Room is small but quaint, with everything you need. Clean. Lovely lobby setup. Highly recommend. Nice breakfast provided. Can’t recommend enough.
Room was very small and shower stall was too tight to move within without hitting the walls. No storage to speak enough. Tiny elevator. Good breakfast.
Very small room with little space in bathroom or around bed. Comfortable bed. Tiny elevator. Good breakfast. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants nearby, . On bus line.
This a typical small boutique hotel. So don’t expect the space and amenities of a big chain hotel. Yet, I had a wonderful experience there. Here is what you get: A clean, comfortable room (bedding was clean and super comfortable- slept like a baby)- yes not super roomy but didn’t need more to enjoy, clean and modern bathroom (small indeed - it is a typical older French building), the most friendly...

The location was great! It's convenient to go anywhere! The room was also very clean. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of Lyon, close to all the sights, restaurants, and boutiques.
Good location but really small rooms and the furniture is very old.
The breakfast selection was plentiful. There was also a small supermarket near the hotel; a quick Google Maps search would take you there. You could even find instant noodles in the old town (this trip was so long, I actually missed them!). The staff were all professional. Furthermore, I felt the strength of the Accor Group in France.
Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly Highly recommend
Carpet is smelly, the showerhead is too low (around 1m, designed only for children?) and not able to adjust the height. A staff opened my door in the morning without knocking at the door. Dont come.

Was one of the best hotels in France
The location is good, right next to the ancient Roman theater. Other attractions are a bit of a walk away, but all are within walking distance. The hotel service is standard, the cleanliness is good, there is a restaurant and facilities, and the parking lot is quite large. The mountain road is a bit winding, and even after using both Waze and Gaode Maps, there were still some errors.
From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a lady at the front desk whose grace and professionalism set the tone for the entire stay. Her manner…poised, attentive, effortlessly kind…embodied the spirit of hospitality that makes this place world-class. The building itself, once a 19th-century convent and boarding school, still carries its calm dignity. Every detail seems considered: the polished...
Not enough words can fully describe this modernly-refurbished fairy-tale hotel, its surrounding and location, also the lovely breakfast offering in a wonderful setting - a great albeit too short stay for our one night stop in Lyon. We had a very good rest, likely and largely due to the very positive aura of the whole place (I imagine how decades and even centuries of prayers that took place here from...
The hotel is located on a mountain, so public transportation is inconvenient, especially if you're dragging luggage; you'll have to rely on Uber. However, the advantage is that everything is within easy walking distance; even the river is only a 15-minute walk downhill. The room was decent, quite large, but not very warm and didn't offer much of a view. However, some basic research beforehand would...
The hotel itself is located in a fabulous setting and very close to the Basilica, Roman Ampitheatre and Furniculure into the city centre. Rooms are immaculate and cool. We didn’t eat a meal here as we felt it was. Set expensive in comparison to other Lyon restaurants and the menu choice isn’t huge but the bar staff are very friendly and efficient. The pool and spa area is very nice for relaxing in...

We really liked the hotel near the Lyon train station; it's in a good location and we slept very well. Some parts of the room are old, like the furniture, and they weren't very clean, but the bed, which is the most important thing, and the sheets were very good. I recommend it.
Staff are good. Location is good. But the shower gun is not good.
Rooms are kept clean. Special international dishes. Clean and green area. Spacious parking area is available. Sunny poolside paradise.
The location is good, and the lobby is nice. However, the room is too small and very basic—so small that there’s no space to open a suitcase. The mattress is thin and moves around, and the bathroom is also very simple and bare.
Nice place. Rooms are clean and good service by staff.
Well-located hotel near Part Dieu train station. The room, however, is poorly equipped and not very large. Cleanliness also needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is well located nearby Lyon’s Metro bringing us to the city centre only within a few minutes. The Lumiere Institute is also just 5 mins. away from the hotel. The hotel room was humble, a bit outdated.
Great place to stay, eat relax and even work. Clean room, very quiet, good restaurant and cosy bar. The service is remarquable: the friendly staff is always eager to do the « little something » which makes you feel at home. Thanks.
Service and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them.
Well located and excellent room except for the air conditioner. The breakfast is top, very good, the room is excellent, the staff is always in good mood and in general the hotel is great, but there are two points to remark for improvement. 1. The air conditioning does not work properly. It was warm, because we stayed there during summer time and the air conditioner simply made some noise but afterwards...
The hotel is quiet and located near a metro stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally focused. The AC was set at 22C which was a bit warm for us. They also do not use single use plastic. The downside is that you cannot take water to drink while exploring. Breakfast is copious and good.

Amazing hotel with magnificent pools and spa. The staff was very friendly. One of the best hotels of Lyon.
good hotel, main pluses are the huge 50m outdoor pool and the gym/fitness facilities. Didn’t eat dinner at hotel so can’t comment on that. Breakfast was pretty average. Rooms were clean and nice but only ok. Corridors were run down and smelt bad. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
Smart hotel but paying to use the pool is too much Our family room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Parking was 11 euros to use the underground car park so we were happy to park for free in the open air car park over the road. We booked this hotel because of the amazing pool. Unfortunately, I hadn’t noticed the small print in the booking that the pool is part of the spa facilities and only...
Lovely, remote and terrible value Lovely hotel, but terrible value for money. As many reviews say, no pool access included. And the fee for a swim is too high if you don’t want the full spa facilities. There are other hotels with pools for far less. Spa is decent if you buy. Hotel is split - we stayed next door in an apartment block which was fine, but felt like a different hotel. So overall, okay...
The welcome is always warm and professional. The rooms are very nice — not ultra-luxurious, but definitely comfortable and pleasant. What truly sets this hotel apart is the amazing spa with diverse facilities, and the huge outdoor pool, which is a real luxury in the center of Lyon, especially in summer when there are few alternatives in the city. clean and well insulated room. Unfortunately my room card did not work well to take the elevator or the stairs, so every time I had to ask an employee to open the door to the stairs for me. They could have given me a new card or at least make sure all the room cards given function properly.
A fantastic stay at a comfortable, very clean and welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious with a good choice . Room was clean and quiet and shower was nice. (Did not have breakfast... I never get up in time.) We had a twin room and the beds were larger than usual. Friendly check-in staff. Restaurants nearby.
I spent 2 nights and it went well despite the receptionist. For a 4-star hotel in the city of Lyon, the reception should be impeccable. When I arrived there was no one at the reception (a little before 3 p.m.), I waited 5 minutes for her to arrive. She arrived eating her cake and she barely said hello to me with her cake in her mouth. She did my check-in with her cake still on and she explained nothing...

It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.
Relatively satisfied. However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied. There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned.
