Stayed 2 nights. Close to the train station and a short ride to old town. AC didn’t seem to work very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Neighborhood seemed a little iffy but had no problems

The breakfast selection was plentiful. There was also a small supermarket near the hotel; a quick Google Maps search would take you there. You could even find instant noodles in the old town (this trip was so long, I actually missed them!). The staff were all professional. Furthermore, I felt the strength of the Accor Group in France.

The location is good, right next to the ancient Roman theater. Other attractions are a bit of a walk away, but all are within walking distance. We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and large. The breakfast atmosphere was very quiet, and the food was very good. It's a 15-minute walk to the metro station, and you can take the bus right outside the door.

The hotel is well located nearby Lyon’s Metro bringing us to the city centre only within a few minutes. The Lumiere Institute is also just 5 mins. away from the hotel. The hotel room was humble, a bit outdated.

The hotel is quiet and located near a metro stop. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is environmentally focused. The AC was set at 22C which was a bit warm for us. They also do not use single use plastic. The downside is that you cannot take water to drink while exploring. Breakfast is copious and good.

The odd numbered rooms are next to the noisy train that runs multiple times a night. In hot weather you must chose between discomfort and hearing frequent trains clattering by.

It's right next to a railway. The soundproofing is OK. There are 2 doors on the balcony. There is no TV in the room, no slippers, no toiletries, only body soap and shampoo, and no paper cups. Located in the city center, the nearest Chinese restaurant, "Exclamation Mark," is a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast is served across the street. The room is indeed small, but it has kitchenware, so we cooked a little something ourselves.

It wasn’t clear when we booked this hotel that it was right next to a constantly busy main road so it was noisy all night. The food was okay. We only had breakfast there and there wasn’t a lot of choice. The staff in the breakfast area were not helpful.

Relatively satisfied. However, the sheet and the comforter had dried blood stains. Wine glasses were not available unless a bottle was purchased directly at the hotel. The terrace was not cleaned, and the ashtrays were full but not emptied. There were several parasols, but none were ever opened. The outdoor chairs were not cleaned.

I had a very good night's sleep at this hotel. It's very well located in relation to the hospital (10-minute walk). Easy access. Parking is available on the surrounding streets. The welcome was warm. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent.

Perfect location for visiting Star Music and eating at Carnagie Hall! The staff were very friendly, the Ibis Comfort room was great, and having on-site parking was a major plus. Highly recommended for a convenient and comfortable stay.

Looking at the hotel from the outside may give the wrong impression. You can expect a super friendly and committed staff. Small but very clean and comfortable rooms. Since the "old" Ibis times breakfast has evolved to a full offer of fresh products nicely displayed. You would definitely not expect such a good experience looking at the price, hotel class and the outer look.
