A great little hotel, the rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfy. The location is great, very convenient with easy access to public transport and also a walkable distance to main areas of Lyon. We enjoyed our stay here. Be mindful that there is no lift which can make it difficult with large luggage but it is just one set of stairs so it is manageable.

Hotel was decent for a 2 star hotel. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Room was decent, a little bit cramped but managable. Maybe in the future they'll incorporate a safe in each room to leave important belongings in, at the meantime, you need to leave your keys to the reception everytime you go out, not that hassle because theirs always reception. Very clean, really close to Perrache station for flixbus and metro, also with groceries store nearby. But no lift be aware if you have heavy luggage.

A fantastic hotel in a perfect location. It's very close to the Bellecour statue, making it easy to navigate the city. The area felt safe day and night. I loved being able to walk everywhere: the museums, the beautiful historic side of Lyon, and plenty of great bars were all just minutes away. Very good location for where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good value. The room was a bit cold at first but warmed when I turned on the heating for a bit. The bathroom stayed quite cold. Overall I would really recommend the hotel.

Good location, easy walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The breakfast was enjoyable, the food and the breakfast room full of quirky items. I arrived to the hotel with some virus and Orianna was very helpful with researching English speaking doctors. Lyon was on my To see list for a few years and it is as wonderful as I imagined.

Except for the small bathroom in the room and the lack of slippers, everything else is available. The bed is clean and the room is tidied. Remember to hand in the key to the front desk when you leave the hotel and pick it up from the front desk when you come back. You can store your luggage for free. It is very close to Perrache SNCF and UCLY is next to it.

The room I got was really cozy, the service was good, and it had the amenities of an apartment, which wouldn't be there for a regular hotel room. The location is central but very high up, so walking uphill was a daily task. I personally appreciated the opportunity to shed some calories, but it's definitely not for everyone.

Rooms were larger than others we stayed at in Europe. Room was clean, staff was friendly and it was located in what felt like a quiet safe neighborhood. If you’re looking to spend lots of time in Old Lyon or City Center you’d be better off choosing a hotel closer to that area.

The best thing about the B&B Part Dieu hotel is its proximity to the city centre and the Part Dieu station.

As a general rule, I appreciate B&B hotels for their quality, cleanliness, and value for money. The one in Lyon Gambztta is the worst B&B I've ever stayed in. It doesn't look very clean; the renovation seems to have been rushed, the spaces are aging poorly, and it doesn't feel tidy. The service is also terrible. It took me over half an hour to retrieve my room code from the kiosk, which kept crashing...
