Stay for 3 nights and already booked for upcoming trip in April again

The hotel is situated within the area that we would like to visit. The hotel team were friendly and nothing was too much for them. We will definitely visit this hotel again

1st things first, the hotel was clean and housekeeping did well at coming by every day. You get daily complimentary water and there is a Nespresso machine inside as well. We definitely used it! Con, it's small, we asked for extra pillows and the front desk "didn't know where they were." And the gym was a closet! We came in for « day use » at the Lyric Hotel. The venue oversells its amenities; the sauna was too small and not hot enough and I’ve been in multiple RER B carriages that were way hotter and more humid than the hammam. Very happy with my hotel stay. The location is great, the staff were so kind and helpful, and our room was clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends and family.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. The location is good and the service staff is very nice. The only difference is that the breakfast is the same every day.

Quiet and decently sized room, friendly staff, very good breakfast, parking, ideally located, very good neighbourhood. The only remark I have is the noisy elevator which doesn't inspire trust. Overall, very nice stay, we'll be back!

This hotel was wonderful. Not one bad thing to say. Rooms were clean and room service everyday was available. Bathrooms were immaculate. Rooms were small but this is not unexpected of European hotel rooms. It was close to metros and in between Place de Trocadero and Arc d' Triomphe, you could easily walk to both. Great amazing hotel, very clean. I did four stars because we got the breakfast option and the eggs were too soggy; also it was the same breakfast for all 5 days so by day 3 we were tired of the same things. Would definitely be staying here again without a doubt and would recommend it to my friends and family. Super convenient to local transportation and also walking distance to lots of places.

Not bad, the hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, the surrounding environment has convenience stores, pizza shops, restaurants, everything is very convenient, and it is also close to the Arc de Triomphe.

Located in a residential area, it's close to subway and bus stations, and about half an hour from famous attractions. The environment is very clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful and friendly, and there's a small mini-bar on the first floor. Highly recommended if you're looking for a clean and quiet place away from the city center.

The room we were given was really small even with Paris standards. No space to even walk around after the bags were opened. I booked a medium room, not the smallest. Can’t imagine how the smallest room must be like. Make sure you ask about the room or go see it first.

The hotel service is very good. After checking in, the staff will introduce you to the hotel's dining locations. The hotel lobby provides free coffee, chocolate drinks and water all day long, which is very considerate! The room is clean and bright, with a small terrace and windows that can be opened. But please note that the hotel rooms are not big and the toilets are of normal size.

I booked the most basic room. It was a bit small but perfectly adequate. The location is super convenient for getting around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

Excellent hotel with a great location (close to Notre Dame, Sainte-Chapelle, Luxembourg Gardens, Pantheon). The room was cozy and beautiful with a view of Sorbonne University from the window. Good and varied breakfast.

Overall, it's pretty good. The hotel staff are very friendly and you can store your luggage. The only minor drawback is that the hallway upstairs is quite dim, which can feel a bit unsettling. The room itself isn't very spacious, and it might feel a bit cramped if you have a large suitcase. The location is great. I didn't like that the hotel rooms were in a building next door. There was no one to supervise the premises, apart from the security cameras. The room was quite spacious. However, I was hoping to take a bath, as bathtubs are quite rare in hotels. I couldn't because there was hair in the drain, which wasn't pleasant. Otherwise, the rest of the room was clean.

Spacious room and very comfortable bedding. A real highlight was the friendly reception team at the hotel, pleasant and attentive to guests.

It's a nice hotel in a nice area. But it's nowhere close to the 4 stars. It's rather somewhere between 2 and 3 stars: the room was very small, just enough space to go around the bed, and there is nearly nothing a standard hotel usually has. No any accessories and no shampoo, only a shower gel. Even no slippers. The breakfast is too expensive considering the fact that you're supposed to cook/fry eggs...

The hotel is quite close to the Eiffel Tower, which is convenient. However, the entrance is very small and has steps, making it difficult if you have a lot of luggage. Since the hotel is on a lower floor facing the street, we couldn't open the curtains, which was a bit inconvenient.

Very convenient location, close to everything.

The room was nice. There were no slippers, toothpaste, or toothbrushes provided. It's very close to HEC, and there's a supermarket right across the street.

The pictures on Trip.com were different from those on their official website, and the room standards didn't match. I ended up paying more for an upgrade, but overall it was okay. Any issues I brought up were communicated and resolved.

Second time I stayed. Perfect location. Small, quaint but extraordinary service. I hurt my neck and they had an appt made for me within minutes. I accidentally cracked a light fixture and they assured me not to worry and had the room in immaculate shape. They make you feel like family. Snacks in the room. We stayed one night at Hotel Therese for a weekend trip to Paris. The rooms were small but as expected and just enough for two people. The location is very convenient and staff were super friendly. You need to drop the room key at the front desk every time you go out so there can sometimes be a wait on returning. A bonus was the complimentary tea time from 4-6pm with tea/coffee, nuts and sweets.

The location is good, but the room is a bit small. On the second day of my stay, the water heater broke down, which was unacceptable, especially since it was winter.
