Lyric Hotel Paris in Paris

We came in for « day use » at the Lyric Hotel. The venue oversells its amenities; the sauna was too small and not hot enough and I’ve been in multiple RER B carriages that were way hotter and more humid than the hammam. The swimming pool was fit for purpose. The fitness area was a 12 M2 room without windows, outfitted with with 1 bike, 1 rowing machine and 1 bench. You only get one hour access to the spa area where this is not advertised on the website. All and all the amenities were as they say in France « not terrible ». This said, it’s a good place to Netflix and chill. Unfortunately the Netflix connection did not work. Luckily the chill part was entirely up to us to decide. Overall we agreed this is a nice hotel that is well located. The staff and venue are as expected for a more fancy than average hotel in Paris. We were welcomed in a professional way. If you are looking and booking to chill, then all is fine. If you value the referred amenities, then browse elsewhere. Nominally they are there but not good enough for the aficionados. We enjoyed our stay.
