Ile-de-France, Paris, 10 Rue Bernard Buffet 🧭 Map
Facilities are very basic. The breakfast is also not very exciting. The location is tricky: you either go up 2 floors of stairs with the smell of urine or take a slow lift to reach the ground floor reception.
The room is very small, and sockets and places to hang clothes are definitely not enough.
Overall this is not where I would want to stay again when I go to Paris next time.
The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff. The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower.
Nice room, fairly spacious, great location to all kinds of transportation, local groceries store just down the street but hotel entrance is hard to find especially at night. Buffets have lots of options with various kinds of pastries.
Great reception and support from the staff. I can say I'm pleased with all the services provided. Thank you.
Overall I am satisfied with the hotel for its service an dlocation. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast indeed is quite good. I think if the bathroom is bigger then it will be much better.
Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The biggest highlight of this hotel is its proximity to the metro station, which is right across the street. There are many restaurants around the hotel. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or Les Invalides in about twenty minutes. The hotel's cleanliness is decent, and hot water is available. However, the room facilities are quite basic; there are no coffee or tea bags provided, let alone a refrigerator...
I’m quite recommend this hotel, this is my second time staying with Ibis in Paris. I will still choose to stay here.
There are 2 train stations (M6/ M8) near the hotel, which is very convenient. Also, there are restaurants, carrefour near the hotel. ALSO, IS JUST A WALKING DISTANCE TO EIFFEL TOWER!
The room was quite clean. Luggage storage costs 6 euros per item. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it's about 1.3 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower.
Good value for money.
The rooms are tight but intelligently furnished. Great location. Has a bathroom with a door that closes and can be used without the other person in the room hearing/seeing/smelling everything.
Would have liked to see a gym but understanding that for the price you can’t expect many amenities.
The hotel is nice and very close to the Eiffel Tower. We chose an Eiffel Tower view room, so we could see the tower. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom and shower were not very convenient for a family trip.
I´ve stayed in many Ibios before and other Hotels of the chain, but it never happened to me before that they had such an uncomfortable bed!! the underlining of it was plastic or so, wich caused us to mega sweet all night long (no matter if you regularly don´t sweat that much), so when we woke up, the whole bed was completly WET and you could not possible lye down again until it dried.

Clean and cozy place for a night. Very convenient as it is near to the train station!
Great location. Merely 500m walk to the station. Room is clean and quiet. Breakfast is good, loved the croissants. But breakfast timing varies, it can be slightly late if you’re in a hurry, make sure to check with the counter desk for the exact breakfast timing.
The front desk staff were very friendly. However, I have to say this hotel is really only suitable for a one-night stopover. I stayed here because I was traveling to and from Switzerland and needed to catch a train from Lyon station. The room was incredibly dusty; my phone and tablet were covered in a thin layer of dust in no time. The reason? The sheets and duvet covers were old and so dusty! It really...
The good:
- The location. Just beside the arena if you're going for a concert. Within a few short minutes there are great restaurants and grocery stores.
- Dogs welcome, and a park beside the hotel where you can walk them.
- Buffet breakfast was good.
The bad:
- A lot of things were broken!
When I wanted to put the shower on its hook, the hook fell off.
When I wanted to put back the hairdryer...
The hotel is right next to the subway entrance, which makes getting around by metro super convenient. However, the room was really small and there wasn't a kettle.
The hotel's location right next to metro lines M6 and M14 is incredibly important and convenient for tourists, as these lines reach most of the city's major attractions. Furthermore, the front desk staff are very warm and thoughtful, offering various conveniences and services. The rooms are well-equipped, especially the bed which is extremely comfortable and even has a reading light, though a kettle...

Great basic place in a good location. Can only recommend for a nice weekend stay in Paris.
Excellent location near 3 different metro stations. Clean and welcoming hotel. Room a little small but clean and warm. Comfortable bed. Breakfast a little repetitive but decent selection of sweet and savory options. Excellent staff.
The room was small and there was no kettle. The location was good and convenient, close to the Bastille market on Thursdays and Sundays – you can walk there directly! They have fruit and dairy products there.
I chose this hotel because it has an underground parking garage. It's also a few minutes' walk from the Bastille metro station, making it very convenient. The only problem is the room is small.
My favourite Ibis in Paris - great location and decent sized rooms.
The location is very good. You can walk to the Marais area and it is very convenient for various bars, restaurants and shopping. Of course, it is not far from tourist attractions. The subway is also very convenient. The room is very small. This location is very expensive.

The hotel facilities are a bit old.
Location is convenient for the area it is in. A great view of the canal and the park.
Room is very small and basic.
I am traveling to Paris for the second year. Overall, it’s a good hotel with reasonable prices, but the room and bathroom are very small. The breakfast is not very diverse, so this year we booked without breakfast.
Close to the science city of Paris. But surrounding area is not very safe. Homeless can be found near by. Not so recommend for family trip.
ibis as a company as a whole would normally bring thoughts of cheap, decent budget hotels. Even though this hotel in particular has no obvious indication of being a budget hotel, the facilities are essentially equal and the rooms could be considered of lower quality and size, but still charging a higher price than the budget ibis hotels. The service is not amazing; language barriers can sometimes pose...
There were 6 of us cyclists and we were able to store our bikes safely. The lobby was very cozy; the staff behind the counter was accurate and friendly. The bar was nice; we could get a nice dinner there. The rooms were well insulated; the breakfast was extensive. The location of the hotel was ideal and we overlooked a well-kept quay

I am very pleased with the services, and the room is very clean.
The hotel's location is a bit inconvenient; it takes some time to get there. The front desk service was excellent; everyone was very welcoming upon check-in. The room facilities were all very good, but the hairdryer wasn't very good; it could burn your hands and didn't dry your hands completely in one go. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
The staff at desk was very helpful!
The room was comfortable, but lack of amenities.
Mustafa and his Team are exceptionally Kind and very. hospitable They have Created a peaceful and perfect place that is spotlessly clean. Every day, they serve a fresh breakfast – the pastries are warm and freshly baked.

Rooms were very clean, they had enough space for storing luggage and the bed and water pressure in the shower were comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming and always available. Breakfast was nice as well, with many different options to choose from

clean and convenient, good for business trip and travel. Recommend.
Very basic hotel. But clean and had no issues. Hotel does overlook cemetery and they rooms get very hot in the evening . Whilst the temperature adjusted . Still warm. The good thing is cheap and does the job for quick visits to Paris . It’s very close most things . We had great time . Thanks
Good location and easy access to all the tourist attraction . Walking distance to shopping mall and a lot of local foods around the area
Nice location
Close to the hotel has many nice restaurants
Ugh... I just hope you don't get stuck with a room overlooking a graveyard.
Location of the hotel is unbeatable, everything is near and staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are in decent condition and they are spotless. Cleaners were changing our towels and linens daily. Friendly Staff and Helpful Service
The staff were very kind, friendly, and extremely helpful, which made our stay pleasant and comfortable. Their service truly stood out and we felt well taken care of throughout our visit.
The space is on the smaller side, but it was clean and well-organized. If you don’t mind a compact room and value great service, this hotel is a good option.
The hotel is far from the montparnasse station,
The room is very small, and we have to paid some locker for our baggages .
Well-finished hotel, very comfortable, clean, and close to two metro lines. Excellent and varied breakfast. The restaurant is delightful. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend it.
No toiletries.
No kettle.
No air conditioning.
Had to pay to store my luggage.
Overall, it's a pretty decent Ibis. The room, though small, had everything one needs, and it's quite close to the subway station. The only downside was the lack of free luggage storage.

Spent a few days at Mama Shelter Paris and it exceeded all my expectations! The design is modern and fun, with thoughtful touches throughout the room. The bedding and slippers were nice, with a hip-hop style, but the cleanliness was average. There's an Italian restaurant on the eighth floor, which was quite crowded, so I recommend trying it. It's a bit far from the subway, a 12-minute walk. It's convenient for visiting the exhibition next door, but I wouldn't recommend heading to the center to see the Louvre and the Musee d'Orsay, as the journey...
Ok this hotel actually fits the vibe of a quick business trip or a weekend getaway! The rooms are actually styled well and comfortable and the hotel itself has good amenities for the purpose. Staff seem friendly enough, just the location wasn’t that great! But it’s fit for purpose
The room is small but has a nice design. The restaurant is great. The breakfast is very rich and delicious. This is a hotel with a great atmosphere. There is **** to see. The terrace has a view of the Eiffel Tower.
Very nice hotel with a lot of character - the design is impeccable and the rooms spacious. Check their hotel website when booking, they have some nice deals from time to time. Some downside is no water or coffee/ tea in the room, but I think this is by design to spend less time cleaning. I would have loved to see more hospitality from the staff. Overall a nice place to stay.

The room was small and did not have a refrigerator. Soundproofing was average. Guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary coffee, tea, and chocolate on the first floor of the hotel each day.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great and overall facilities are good. The only minus is the size of the room. We booked 2 single beds but because the room is small, they were joint as "king size" bed.
Nice hotel in the middle of Bastille area. Supermarket is nearby.
Great welcome and very comfortable bed, very good location

1. The hotel's location is fairly convenient. There's a metro station right across the street and a bus stop not far from the entrance. However, all public transport options require transfers to get to the city center. (A taxi to the city center costs 20 Euros, Disneyland 40 Euros, and Charles de Gaulle Airport 50 Euros). Taxis are readily available.
2. The hotel breakfast offered limited options,...
Really enjoyed the stay! The buffet breakfast was tasty with lots of choices — definitely worth getting up for. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. The room was a good size, clean, and quiet — very comfortable overall.
Even though the hotel isn’t right next to tourist spots, the transport is really convenient. There are bus stops and a metro station...
Amazing value for money! It's a 30-euro taxi ride to the Louvre for six people, which is totally acceptable given the distance. Very convenient! The front desk staff were also lovely and incredibly welcoming. And the breakfast pastries were delicious!
Good and safe location near Metro 7 and 14, about 10 minutes walk to China Town. Fresh fruits provided at breakfast and hot drinks throughout the day. Room is okay for short stays
Breakfast was great, really tasty. There weren't many hot dishes, but there was a good variety of fresh fruit and vegetables. They even had chia seed coconut milk, pre-cut oranges and grapefruits, and the croissants were delicious too. Everything else was pretty good, but the hot water took ages to come on, and it was easy to accidentally turn it cold again. Plus, the water pressure was really low...
The hotel's location is unbeatable; it's right in the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. There's a bus stop just 50 meters away, and the Metro Line 7 is 200 meters away, with Line 14 just 400 meters further, offering direct access to the Louvre. Feels like a new, hip spot in town, always lively with people around, which made the area feel safe and comfortable. There’s no shortage of food options either, with plenty of crêpe places and restaurants nearby. It’s also super convenient to get around from here, and I’d stay again.
Only downsides were the persistent flies in the room, which got a bit annoying, and the room felt much smaller than...
The room decor was cozy, but the shower faucet was a bit unusual – not the standard (left for hot water ♨️/right for cold). You have to press and twist the protruding button on the right to get hot water. Otherwise, no matter how much you turn it left or right, it'll stay cold.
The room wasn't as spacious as it appeared in the pictures; I had a bit of trouble opening my 28-inch suitcase, and the aisle was quite narrow. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's just a two or three-minute walk to Notre Dame, and the area is quite lively in the evenings. There's also a fantastic croissant place nearby!
there are room with only inner garden views making the room dark and a bit colder than usually. try to ask and arrange for room with city view if you can!
Located in prime area, easy to access transportation points , walk to scenic areas and many restaurant options available around the hotel. Good service , nice stay.

The hotel is right outside the metro station, making it super convenient to get around Paris. Coupled with the city's weekly transport pass, the price offers incredible value for money! very good hospitality and will come back again . very recommended
Location is near to Metro ease of transport to airport and other areas.
Quiet area for family.
Only thing is no kettle in room for hot water but can boil hot water and lobby- free coffee & tea- self Service . Thats fine.
The room size for City Centre and very near to train station was very good as usually they are quite small. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was quite good and plentiful. The only thing that was poor was my bathroom sink would not drain. I did inform reception but as I was only there one night maybe they did not have the time to fix.
This was the perfect accommodation for a short sight-seeing trip. The rooms are relatively small, but they're clean and they have everything you need, when you plan to be out all day. Walk-in showers are good for access (no need to climb in and out of a bath); the air conditioning works; the bed is comfortable.
The hotel is only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord, so no need to struggle with suitcases...

Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location. Small room (which we expected) was fine, but room and corridors could do with decoration and freshening up.
We had to leave our room key every time we left our room to the reception. They were strickt about it. For whatever reason, this is unacceptable, and very bothering
What a wonderful 8 night stay. The hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious and worth the price. All of the staff were great but Selima was especially helpful with booking restaurant reservations and museum and cruise tickets. She helped to make our trip in Paris amazing!

We loved this quaint hotel. It is only a few blocks from several Metro and train options, and it was a short walk for us coming in via the TGV from Bordeaux. The rooms on the 5th floor require a trudge up stairs, but you are rewarded with spacious accommodations that are rarely found in Paris. Beautiful hotel in great location and staff were extra friendly and helpful
This is a great little classic French hotel in a great location. The elevator is tiny, and the rooms are small, but it is clean and nicely appointed. The water pressure in the shower is awesome! Best of all, the staff (particularly Benjamin and Sany) are wonderful. We didn't request or get a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower but it is nearby. Ask for that!

Superb hotel in a very quiet area, overlooking the Canal de la Villette. Very clean, excellent bedding. The room had enough space for two adults and one teenager. The only downside was the heating, which couldn't be adjusted, and at 26 degrees Celsius in a room, it was far too hot (we slept with the window open). The breakfast was very generous and of high quality. In short, excellent value for money
Breakfast and budget are OK , but the facilities need renovation.
In the room for two we had only one chair (?). The other guest must either stand or be able to use the bed.. We demanded that they add another one, but that didn't happen. They also didn't change the bed linen for several days, even though it was stained. They just turned it over? Apparently there is a problem with the staff.
