Great location, but the elevator is too small and old.

This hotel offers great value for money. They did charge a city tax when I checked out, which was a couple of hundred euros. Every day at noon, they also offered free pastries, which was a nice touch.

During my first visit to Paris, Hotel Belleval provided me with a warm and unforgettable holiday. At check-in, we requested a room with a better view to enhance our experience. The receptionist was exceptionally attentive and promptly arranged a new room for us, which exceeded our expectations and left us truly touched.

Moreover, when we found ourselves in need of water and tissues, the hotel promptly provided them, demonstrating their remarkable efficiency.

The hotel's location is also incredibly convenient, just a few minutes away from Lafayette and Printemps, making it ideal for shopping enthusiasts like us. If I return to Paris, I would love to stay at this hotel again. I regret not asking for the name of the young, friendly receptionist who assisted us when we checked in, she was one of the best hotel staff members I've ever encountered! Hope she can read my comments, I am truly grateful for her help!

The hotel is really convenient near to the train. We arrive before the check in time deposited the luggage, the staff assist to transfer our luggage to the room. We request for twin bed and they really work it out to accommodate our request. Extremely good customer service that they have. Lots of Chinese restaurant nearby the hotel.

It's pretty good, the staff attitude is excellent, and the environment is nice. For this price in Paris, it's quite good value for money.

The queen bed was made up of two mattresses instead of one which is not expected. The water in the shower was too small to use.
