The service exceeded my expectations!
It was my husband's birthday, and the hotel specially decorated the room with balloons, birthday wishes, some champagne, and a cake!
They helped with parking and gave us bottled water and chewing gum before we left!

The location is great, but prices were quite high due to the National Day holiday coinciding with Fashion Week.
The service was exceptional. We casually mentioned the noise in the courtyard to the restaurant staff, and the young woman immediately contacted the front desk. They promptly changed our room, showing great consideration for our guests' comfort.

The hotel is beyond gorgeous. The valet service is awesome 👌 👏 👍 Top tier.
The Restaurant Jardin D'hiver however was a bit of let down.. The food were "Meh" the burger was utterly dry and the fries were just there as a decor. No taste too cooked.. The champagne was delicious. The grilled cheese caviar was a delight . The salad can't remember the name was awfullllll.. The ambiance in general was okay. I have been to several palace restaurant and this one was meh.. Over priced for a stressed lunch timed because they have "Tea Time at 3pm".....

You cannot get in the bar on a Friday night. I'm a very nice looking girl and I waited in line for 2h without getting in. It's shit. They are awful about it also. Go have your drinks somewhere else.

We visited the hotel during our last visit to Paris to try their desserts !
A truly exceptional experience, we sat in the lounge that was very luxurious with a beautiful decor .
We took rooibos tea and chamomile tea along with a dessert Mille Feuille ! That was beyond delicious! The best I have ever tasted in Paris 👏

The hotel boasts an excellent location right on Place de la Concorde, within walking distance of many places. The hotel interior is luxurious, elegant, and sophisticated, with a particularly beautiful lobby and public areas, and the restaurant and bar are also highlights. All the staff were very friendly; however, the breakfast selection was limited, with no buffet and entirely à la carte.

Located in a beautiful historic building on the Place de La Concorde, I had a wonderful experience at this property! Incredible interior design and a staff that is world class! I loved having appetizers and drinks in the stunning lounge. I did not want to leave! Bravo!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. From the service, to the food, to the spa, the atmosphere, and the music-everything is perfect! The breakfasts are ideal, with everything you could possibly need. The staff is impeccable, the spa, the treatments, and the ladies working there are amazing. In the evening, you can enjoy a delicious dinner with perfect wine, but what truly takes your breath away is the bar, which turns into a concert in the evening. Live music is an incredible experience! Top!
