The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the pillows weren't great! The family room was too small; it was hard to move around once our luggage was open. Family rooms are only on the first, second, or third floors. Also, you need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb. I'd recommend bringing your own small hairdryer too, as the hotel's hairdryer felt very old. The kettle was plastic and had a strange smell, so I really didn't dare to use it! Who uses plastic kettles nowadays?! Plus, there were no coffee packets in the room, only tea bags. The mini-fridge was empty! My favorite thing in the room was the TV; it was very large and clear, probably around 65 inches.

Breakfast: Honestly, it was hard to describe! There were very few hot dishes, only grilled sausages, bacon, and fried noodles – just those three! For fried eggs, you had to fry them yourself in a small pan, but the pan looked peeled, so I didn't dare to use it. The bread and coffee were good, though. The breakfast on the first floor definitely didn't have many options, and I heard the eighth-floor one had even fewer. But the view from the eighth floor was beautiful!

The hotel's surroundings were quiet and safe, but it was about a 10-minute walk to the subway and supermarket, which isn't very convenient for elderly people! For young couples with kids, this distance isn't a problem. Anyway, I walked over 20,000 steps every day in Paris.

The service was so-so. Chinese people generally prefer hot or warm water. The front desk had free water and lemon water. When I asked if they had hot or warm water, they coldly said no. So, I had to pay for a coffee at a nearby restaurant and ask for a cup of hot water there.

It's unlikely I'd stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their service really made a positive difference to our stay.

The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get to major attractions around the city.

Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Paris. We would happily stay here again in the future.

The hotel is not far from the Porte De Versailles Metro station on Line 12, about a 500-meter walk. However, it's mostly uphill, which can be a bit challenging if you're pulling luggage. The ground floor (level 0) of the hotel is like a huge combination of a garden, cafe, and bar, with a very elaborate and vibrant French aesthetic. The room itself was decent, quite spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It had a mini-fridge, iron, and ironing board, so the amenities were quite complete. Breakfast was abundant and of good quality.

The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the overall service was good too.

We really loved our stay here overall and had a very pleasant experience. The location was convenient, with just a short and easy walk to the nearest subway. The room was clean, comfortable and the amenities provided were great and met all our needs. The lobby was spacious and impressive as well. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop, where we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay even more memorable.

This hotel is close to the metro station, which makes getting around to all the sights really convenient with a metro pass – most places are just half an hour away. The area feels very safe; we had no issues at all, even at night. The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. For breakfast, there are two restaurants, one on the ground floor and one on the eighth floor. The ground floor one offers a wider variety of options, and the apples were particularly delicious! I'll definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Paris.

The room facilities are quite basic, with no fridge, and breakfast is relatively simple. The bed in the double room is quite small, looks like 0.8m. It's really close to the exhibition center, which is great for business trips. The room is very clean!

I stayed in an executive room here for five nights last September and found this Novotel to be one of my favorite four-star hotels. Novotel is always understated, steady, with decent facilities but excellent service. I particularly loved the restaurant on the eighth floor; both breakfast and dinner were superb. The interior design and decor also had a unique charm! Plus, its proximity to the Université Paris 2 campus was a big bonus, which is why I booked a small suite for another five nights this time. However, while the room and other aspects were still great, the eighth-floor restaurant was a letdown this time: last visit, breakfast had an à la carte option, but this time there was none at all. Staff were on their phones, and they started clearing up before 10 AM. I don't think I'll be staying here again. I hope the hotel improves its management, or at least maintains Novotel's usual standard!

The atmosphere is really lovely and cozy, and a lot of families with kids stay here. However, the first-floor breakfast area can get a bit crowded. The restaurant on the 8th floor offers great views of the Eiffel Tower. There's a free water dispenser on each floor near the elevators. It's very conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk to the metro station, which makes getting to attractions really easy.

Very decent hotel with reasonable price. The rooftop view is fantastic. Most key tourist attractions are around 30 minutes away. Despite there is a slope, can choose to take tram to Georges Brassens and walk downwards to the hotel which is more comfortable
