During my stay, the bathroom heater in my room was completely out of order. Given the cold weather, this significantly affected my comfort and well-being. I contacted the front desk in the evening, and the staffs attempted to fix the issue twice. Unfortunately, despite these two maintenance visits, the heater was never repaired.
What disappointed me the most was not only the unresolved problem, but also the lack of any effective action or alternative solution from the staffs. No room change, compensation, or meaningful assistance was offered. As a guest, I was forced to wait repeatedly, wasting my personal time, while my rights and basic accommodation expectations were clearly compromised.

Amazing 5 star hotel in center of Paris . Room and spa was just excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Looking forward to come back here again .

Very satisfied. I thought it was a little expensive, but it was worth it.
My daughter and I were traveling together, and we never felt unsafe during our stay.
During the day, there was always a staff member near the door, and you couldn't get on the elevator without a card. At night, the automatic doors wouldn't open without a card.
We stayed in a DELUXE DOUBLE room, and there was plenty of space to spread out our luggage, and even when we ate in the room, it didn't feel cramped, so we thought it was comfortable.
The room was clean, and the shower/sink and toilet were separate. The shower door was not half glass, as is common in France, but the whole door closed lol.
I felt a little more luxurious when the toilet paper that was almost gone was replaced with new paper after cleaning.
Most of all, the staff's appearance and service were first-class. Is it because I only stay in cheap hotels in Japan? There was no language stress as I didn't have to ask questions about baggage storage, check-in (you do this while sitting in the lobby next to the hotel, and they offer coffee or cocoa), baggage storage, etc.
The hotel is located a little way off the main road, but it's on a busy road. Given the location, I think it's safe. The Champs-Élysées is like Omotesando, and the area around the Opera is like Ginza. It takes about 5 minutes to get there after getting off the Roissybus.
Of course, the staff will arrange a taxi to the airport, so the location doesn't matter in that respect.

The room is really too small! Too small, expensive, small, and you can't change rooms! The overall environment is depressing!
