Convenient location and staff was friendly. Loved the complimentary afternoon snacks which included an assortment of cakes, fruit and drinks which differed daily. Hotels under the Astotel group have been my go to every time I’m in Paris and I love how each one has a diff theme.

My family and I had an overall great experience. Kevin and the front desk staff were exceptional, providing advice on travel around the city and very accommodating to our needs. The rooms were decent size but could have been cleaner. We loved the balcony view of the street. We also enjoyed very much that everyday there were snacks and drinks put out for the hotel guests to enjoy. They had a piano in the lobby where my kids got to play as we enjoyed the snacks. The location was fantastic as we like to walk and explore and it seemed more central than some of the other hotels near major tourist attractions. The fitness room was small and had very limited equipment.

I would strongly recommend this hotel and would give it a five star if the rooms were a bit cleaner and the fitness room was better.

What a beautiful hotel! I had two days working as a NouNou to a little boy... the staff were very kind and helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with him in the hotel.

Got moved from Joke Hotel in Montmartre to this hotel, and it was a world of a difference.

Excellent location as it’s an 80m walk to two metro lines (one of which is line 4 which takes you to all the big attractions.

Rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Daily treats and coffee available in the lobby were a bonus. The baked goods offered were top notch.

When you’re having a bad day, the kindness of a stranger goes a long way and I wanted to write a review to commend in particular one staff of this hotel. I walked in late, around 9pm in the evening due to unfortunate circumstance at another accommodation I needed an urgent stay that night. I chose Le 123 because it was close by and the Google reviews were favorable. When I explained my situation to Mo- the guy at reception he was so helpful and sympathetic. He said yes there was rooms available so I went online and booked and he then offered to upgrade me. The room was small but comfortable enough. In particular I appreciate little details about the hotel. 1) security- the front door is always locked you use your key or they buzz you in. 2) there is always free drinks and snacks laid out in the lobby and the staff encourage you to sit and relax and enjoy it 3) the staff are friendly and smiling always. As I was only there one night i didnt get to really enjoy all the faciltiies but def can recommend staying here for this area.

The hotel is in an excellent location—within a 5-minute walk from two metro stations, and facing a park. There’s a supermarket and a laundromat nearby, which makes everything very convenient. We stayed in a connecting room on the 6th floor, and it was spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was thorough and attentive every day. They refill drinks freely in the rooms. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lobby every afternoon until late at night were a nice touch, allowing us to relax and recharge after a long day exploring Paris. Highly recommended.

The lobby service of this hotel is very good. There are free desserts and drinks for everyone every day. The security is very good. China Town is nearby, with many Asian food options. There are some famous attractions nearby.

Clean, quiet, spacious, and well situated to walk everywhere! AC worked wonderfully, beds were comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Games and afternoon tea in common space were a much appreciated break in the afternoons. Nice park across the street and pharmacy and grocery next door. Far bigger than other rooms we found in Paris. Large bathroom with a bathtub + shower! And great fitness/ weight room. Incredibly affordable. The staff were very warm. Couldn’t have asked for more!
