Beautiful old building with bathtub
A bit too cold especially when you come back after long walk from city
Our check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but the room wasn't ready when we arrived. We were forced to wait for three hours, yet we were never offered to check in, nor were we given any explanation for the delay. Soon after, we noticed that a technician was called to our room to fix a problem. There was no point in waiting, so we went out for a walk. As it turned out, there was a serious issue with the plumbing system in the room.
Despite this, there were available rooms in the hotel, but the receptionist didn't even try to resolve the situation or offer us an alternative.
Ultimately, we were only checked in after a 5-hour wait. We received no compensation for the ruined day and inconvenience.
The hotel deeply disappointed us. We absolutely do not recommend it!
