Really nice hotel.

This is a clean and nice hotel with both professional and kind staff.
It is located 15min by walk from Arc de Triomphe in an area with restaurants and shops.
Rooms are quite small, as usual in Paris.

Very impressive hotel ! Great service. Room fairly large and very well equipped

The location was good but there were some disadvantages such as the elavator which was so tiny and slow . The rooms smelled and my rooms air condition didnt work properly

I had a great stay. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly, always ready to help. Overall, a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Westside Arc de Triomphe Hotel in Paris from Oct 29 to Oct 31, 2024, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. The hotel failed to provide reliable hot water throughout my stay. I encountered intermittent water supply and fluctuating shower temperatures, and from Oct 30 onward, there was no hot water at all.
When I brought the issue to the front desk, the response was unsatisfactory. As the hotel was fully booked, I was offered the option to use a shower in another room and then return to mine—a solution that was both inconvenient and impractical. To make matters worse, the problem persisted on my last morning, leaving me deeply frustrated.
I expected a higher standard of service from a hotel in this price range and location. This experience significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the management will take steps to ensure such issues are resolved more efficiently in the future.
Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Good value for money. The staffs are very nice and welcoming. The district was quite, close to bus stations. The room was pretty clean. However, the air con was not working and need to walk 10 min to the metro station.

Great location - many restaurants nearby - The swimming pool that you can book for yourself (45mn).

The downside, rooms are small. However location is great, can’t be better actually - close to the L’arch and the Eiffel Tower! And you have a private swimming pool!
