Hôtel Westside Arc de Triomphe in Paris

Great little hotel! Conveniently situated near a bus stop and a wonderful place to grab some pastries in the morning. Rooms are a bit small (but, ya know...Europe) but super clean. Housekeeping service daily. What made up for the small rooms was the staff. I can't say enough about the staff! Every single person we met was gracious, happy to see us and willing to go the extra mile. I don't know his name but the early morning/late night desk clerk is the BEST! He arranged a taxi for us early in the morning to the airport. He was super friendly and when the airport delivered our delayed bags, he kept them safe. So glad I booked this hotel. They do have a pool and sauna but they need to be reserved. They do have an elevator, which is a huge plus. After navigating the million stairs in the city, I was happy not to have to climb stairs to our room. I stayed with my 15 yr old niece and she was happy with it, so that tells you something. She even commented how friendly the hotel staff was! If you get a chance, check it out!

Clean room. There’s a pool and sauna you can book, which makes the stay more enjoyable. Breakfast is decent but with limited choices. Plus, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe.

Really nice hotel.

This is a clean and nice hotel with both professional and kind staff.
It is located 15min by walk from Arc de Triomphe in an area with restaurants and shops.
Rooms are quite small, as usual in Paris.

It was a last minute booking for my visit to Paris as I was looking for a hotel on avenue des ternes and closer to Arc de Triomphe but I wasn’t disappointed.
The team is definitely making the place very special. Even if I had to walk long distances to get where I needed to go it wasn’t a problem.
From the front desk attendants, Daniel one of the nicest people, Laurent the manager really taking good care of the hotel. We had an issue with elevator and despite summer time and people are away on holidays he managed to have a mechanic come and fix the issue asap.
Breakfast was plenty to start the day and if you are looking for something special there is a great outdoors market one block away.
Cleaning was outstanding, clean towels, robe, good soap and the cleaning lady was very sweet.
I didn’t try the pool I prefer cold water 💦.
There was tea, coffee and fresh water in the lobby throughout the day.

The location was good but there were some disadvantages such as the elavator which was so tiny and slow . The rooms smelled and my rooms air condition didnt work properly
Actually its a 3star and average hotel
