Our room is located at the 6th floor, no elevator, the stairs are too stiff. We have carry our three 25kilos luggage upstairs and downstairs. The room and toilet is very small. But the location is great, very near to some attractions, stores and restaurants. Ideal for solo and on the go travelers only.

Terrible and abusive behaviour by staff members at the hotel. The hotel asks you to keep the keys at the desk before you go anywhere because they want to keep a track of when (as a client) you come and go. It is explicitly not mentioned though on Trip.com by the hotel. The staff openly humiliates clients on the street outside the hotel and refuses to call their manager explicitly mentioning that I AM THE MANAGER!
WCs do not have latches. They don’t share the wifi password. There is no lift and no assistance provided of any sort. No cleanliness.

The location is best for breakfast and lunch, at the morning have many store fruits super market.

Hotel Tolbiac is good value compared to other hotels in the area. My room was tiny, however it was clean and bright. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful.

I know this is 1-star hotel so I didn't expect much from this place. But with Very bad customer service, room is very old.
Our room has a problem with the heater and the average temperature at this time in Paris is around 0 degree Celsius. The staffs and management refused to fix the heater or offered any solution about it.
Instead just left us to deal with the cold. This is not a small issue. You can get sick from the freezing temperature!
