The hotel is more than worth it's price. People here are extremely friendly. I felt very welcome. Especially, Kim was very helpful. We left the luggage before check-in and after the checkout safely. Moreover, the Metro station is nearby which made my trips easy

We asked before our stay whether they offered gluten-free bread for breakfast. They told us they did. On none of the three days of our stay was gluten-free bread available, even though we asked for it again at reception and referred to the information they themselves had previously given us. They did absolutely nothing to resolve it. We requested a refund for the breakfast, but they refused to do it.

Very clean and comfortable. The rooms are quite small, but manageable. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and an elevator (which does not stop at the exact floor, so you need to get down a few steps).

Great hotel. They tidy up rooms every day, perfect cleaning service, personnel is friendly, reception is open 24/7. All the amazing hotel services that you don't get anymore these days with terrible unprofessional Airbnbs.

We stayed here for 4 nights during our honeymoon. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful, they were very accommodating and gave lots of recommendations. The rooms were l small, but that was to be expected and it was fine for myself and my husband. We didn’t love the location in general, but it’s quiet enough and easy to travel to main attractions via metro/bus. If you’re traveling on a budget, this would be a great option!

The reason I removed some stars is the room was not as clean as I would have liked upon arrival. There was someone else’s hair everywhere and the floor was dirty. I mentioned it to the front desk and they said they had new cleaning people and they did it very quickly. Cleanliness is my biggest factor with a hotel and it unfortunately missed the mark here for me.

The hotel is super, very cozy and clean! For me this is the most important thing, plus it is close to the center, it is convenient to get to any objects. The only minus is that tea and other extras are paid, in cold weather after a long walk it is not very comfortable. Breakfasts are also quite modest, but for such a price it is quite good. I recommend it, we would come back here again!

It’s a good option for solo travelers because the room is small. The front desk service was good, so kind guys as well as the housekeeper who was so kind and helped me to bring my suitcase downstairs to the elevator ( because it was heavy and stairs were narrow.).

For France, a very good hotel for little money. Very clean, large and clean bathroom, there is a heated towel rail, the staff is very friendly, told where to go in the city. The location is also excellent) the city itself is basically small, we walked through it many times.

The location is excellent, with quick access to two metro stations and buses. The spartan room is decently equipped, I appreciated the quietness and cleanliness. The breakfast is decent and in the small courtyard next to the dining room there are several tables where you can drink a coffee while enjoying a cigarette. Nearby there are many places where you can have lunch or dinner.
