Canopy by Hilton Paris Eiffel Tower in Paris

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. Staying in a terrace suite means you can see the Tower right from your room. The value for money is superb, much better than places like the Shangri-La. The service is also quite good.

Our stay at the Canopy by Hilton Paris was exceptional from start to finish. After arriving early in the morning from the U.S., we were graciously informed that we had been upgraded. At check-in, the staff also took the time to thank us for being Hilton Honors Diamond members, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Although the upgraded room was not immediately available, the team thoughtfully offered access to the transfer station, allowing us to shower and refresh before beginning our day exploring Paris.

Choosing to wait for the upgraded room proved well worth it. The accommodation was spacious, immaculately maintained, and featured a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel’s location is ideal—within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower, metro stations, shops, supermarkets, and charming cafés.

The lobby is modern and stylish, setting the tone for the exceptional service provided throughout our stay. Every staff member we encountered was professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Breakfast was outstanding, offering a generous selection of fresh juices, croissants, and made-to-order omelets. Dinner at the restaurant was equally impressive; the burger and duck confit were both beautifully prepared and delicious.

The room itself was impeccably appointed, featuring two televisions, a very comfortable bed, a mini refrigerator, and a secure in-room safe. Without question, both the hotel and its staff exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Paris.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. Super quiet rooms literally on the doorstep of the Eiffel Tower and surrounding points of interest. My room was compact yet comfortable with a great bed and lots of storage. Bathrooms and amenities were of a high standard.

Loved the new lifestyle hotel in Trocadaro. Walking distance from Eiffel Tower and Avenue des Champs-Élysées. Lovely accommodating staff. We’re upgraded to very nice suite with a beautiful view of Eiffel Tower. Had the most amazing time with my girls.

Staying at the Canopy for my wife's birthday was the best decision I've made in years. I didn't expect any special treatment, but the hotel surprised us with a small, unforgettable gift of cookies and cranberry juice. Paired with the perfect view of the Tower from our room and the impeccable cleanliness, the whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

This is a great hotel to stay in for a trip to Paris. I have stayed in 2 other hotels at the same price point and this was far superior. I will certainly be staying here for return visits.

Pros:
Breakfast- good selection of pastries, hot food and cold food.
The bed- so comfortable!
Friendly staff- Remy on reception was very helpful, as was the English speaking waitress at breakfast.
View and location- with an Eiffel Tower view room, the view really is impressive. Loads of restaurants in walking distance.
Roof terrace bar- stunning views of the Eiffel Tower.
Coping with allergies- no problem at all.
Perfectly clean.

Cons:
No bell boy, though luggage trolleys available for your own use.
No turn down service.
