Very nice hôtel in the heart of Paris. 2 min away from the subway. Facilities and room are clean. Free softs and coffee in the lobby. The area is very nice with shops, restaurants, cafés. Special mention to the staff, especially at the reception, they were very warm and helpful with the extra smile. I will come back!

The hotel’s location was very close, within walking distance to Opéra Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Montmartre. There was also a bus stop and a metro station right nearby. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel unsafe in the area at all.As for the hotel itself, all the staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. There was complimentary coffee and tea available at the reception, and one of the staff members even brought me additional tea varieties to try, which was very kind and thoughtful. They were all very helpful.
The room was clean, although a bit small. I stayed for two nights and only used the room for sleeping, so it was perfectly sufficient for me.

I always traveling for work to Paris. You have everything for comfortable staying, cosy bad, hair dryer, slippers and even coffee machine. Warm room and nice stuff. Just 5 minutes walk from Moulin Rouge. Definitely will come back!

I've just returned from a 3-day stay at Hotel Pilime and enjoyed every aspect of it. The breakfast was not elaborate but enough for most people. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were tidy.
The location was the main reason for choosing this hotel as this is my favorite part of Paris. Great bars and restaurants and the metro within a short walking distance. Will stay here again soon.

Great location and friendly staff. Rooms were fine, quite small. The bathroom shower was a pain to operate properly. Fine for the price.

Very small hotel with small rooms, bathrooms and the smallest lift I’ve ever seen.
Not the cleanest either. Room floor grubby and debris on stair carpets.
Staff super helpful though and got us a taxi at short notice when uber let us down.
Expensive for what you get and on balance we wouldn’t return.

Except for the small size of the room, everything else is good, the smart TV and coffee machine and kettle are good, and the free coffee in the lobby is especially good. The location of the hotel is also OK, it's nice to walk around and have a look

Washrooms were so tight otherwise best located hotel and prices were reasonable.

Also they provide me a 2 days breakfast free as their Christmas promotion were going out.

When I checked in at night, I found that the bed sheets were not changed. There were a lot of body hairs on the bed and the sheets. I was shocked! I called the front desk to check it out. They immediately admitted it and helped me change a set. I have never encountered such a thing when traveling around. The hotel was fully booked and could not change it. The next day, they did not compensate for the next three nights.
