Hotel Zélie Champs-Elysées in Paris

I had a great stay for two nights in a room for single. The room is admittedly small, but many other aspects are wonderful; the reception is friendly, room is newly refurbished, clean and cosy, shower gives hot water very fast, and there’s a Brita tap near reception where you can fill your bottle as much as you need. The air conditioning in the room is very effective and keeps me warm in this cold winter.

Breakfast is convenient and delicious; food variety is not as broad as those in big-brand hotels, but there are nice sausages, eggs, pastry, juice and coffee.

Of course the location is superb. It’s surrounded by both cheaper and more expensive restaurants, including McDonalds, Burger King, Thai food, Japanese food, and a Michelin star restaurant.

There are something that’s not so perfect, but I find them ok given the competitive price. (1) The door sometimes doesn’t open after card is tapped. I don’t know exactly why; usually it’s open after several attempts, so I didn’t contact the reception for this. I heard that my neighbour also encountered this issue, so I guess it’s not a one-off event. (2) the room is not very soundproof, and in particular you could hear some sound and voice from the corridor, e.g. when staff doing cleaning in the morning. But at night it’s still quiet.

Great location just steps away from the Champs-Élysées shopping district. The staff were friendly, though we did experience a small hiccup—our payment for the city tax (paid in cash) wasn’t documented, and we later received an email saying it was still outstanding. Thankfully, we caught it quickly and the issue was resolved without much trouble.

The room was spacious, clean, and overall very comfortable. Despite the minor mix-up, we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Hotel Zelie from the 8th to the 10th of November, and wow — it was fantastic! This was my first time traveling alone, so I wanted somewhere safe, central, and comfortable — and Hotel Zelie was exactly that.

The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety to choose from.

The location was perfect — just a short distance from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, with metro lines conveniently close by.

I’ll definitely be coming back to stay here again soon!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and premises were clean. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. We loved having a glass of wine in the evenings in the sitting area. Thank you Tilsitt Etoile for a wonderful stay.

Small and perfect of an in and out stay. The location is near the metro and shopping. I walked everywhere.

Very good location, pleasant Paris style and super kind staff. To underline: the excellent quality of food and a nice breakfast room. To improve: the technical support in the conference room.

Excellent location, just 4 minutes walk from the closest metro entrance (Charles de Gaulle Etoile), the hotel is clean, the breakfast is very good, the staff is polite and helpful.
