Citadines Tour Eiffel Hotel in Paris

Excellent! It's within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower. The accommodation is also very clean. There's a restaurant and a convenience store right across the street, and another restaurant downstairs. Shops are just a few steps away!

Very close to the Eiffel Tower. There's a McDonald's and a metro station right downstairs.

The staff is very helpful and check in was very smooth. The view is great facing towards the Eiffel Tower!

The location is quite convenient right infront of the hotel there’s an underground station and a lot of restaurant nearby.

Metro station is just in front of the hotel and there are many eateries and grocery shops. Location is very convenient. There is no room cleaning through the stay, towels changing is self service. Breakfast selection very limited and taste so so only. Room is very spacious and it can be noisy as McDonald is just downstairs.

Very close to Eiffel tower, Louvre museum and Notre Dam. Hotel has an underground parking, which is very convenient option in Paris.

The receptionist was very rude when I checked in No greetings, no smile and had a long face. I actually did not know what happened to her.  However, when I went down the next day, she was very kind and polite to the white people guest.  I strongly believe she is discriminated against Asian guest.  Another receptionist is very polite when I checked in two days earlier and stayed 3 nights.  I stayed 5 nights and separated into two different periods.

Great location, easy access to any where. Just remember to bring along amenities, hotel only provided towels.
Inside your room with everything you need, you can cook if you wish.

Pros
1. Excellent location just across 3 major metro lines (and a bus line). Made it super convenient to commute around the city. It’s also Around 15 min walking distance to Tour Eiffel
2. Rooms are comfortable size for Paris standards. Beds were comfy!
3. Studio room comes with a kitchenette, microwave, dish washer, toaster and cutleries making it easy for us to whip up a simple meal for breakfast.
4. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water dispenser at the lobby. Just bring your cup from the room or reusable water bottle to fill up.
5.We were greeted warmly by Ndeye who helped us get settled in for our stay.
6. There was a local market on Sundays and Wednesdays right under the train track.

Cons
1. The lifts are small and only one was functioning during our stay so be prepared to wait or walk down the stairs.
2. There is no daily housekeeping but there is a comfort room where we could replace supplies e.g towels, toilet paper etc. Since we stayed 6 nights, we were given 1 free housekeeping. Overall wasn’t an issue for us, but may be an expectation for some.
3. You can hear the trains zoom by, but the disruption was minimal as the windows came with decent sound proofing.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Citadines!

Excellent location! Super close to the Eiffel Tower. Highly recommend staying here, Monoprix supermarket was right in front along with plenty of restaurants and metro/ transportation at the doorstep.
