During my stay, I requested housekeeping while I was out. However, upon returning to my room, I found my luggage forcibly opened, the lock damaged, and some valuables missing. There were no signs of forced entry into the room itself.

Afterward, the hotel confirmed that only hotel staff had entered my room while I was away. The police were also involved and collected evidence of the damaged luggage; the case is still under investigation.

This incident left me incredibly shocked and scared at the time. For the rest of my stay, I kept my room on 'Do Not Disturb' and didn't dare let anyone enter for cleaning again, which is an absolutely unacceptable experience for a hotel positioned as high-end.

However, throughout the communication process, the hotel insisted that they would only take responsibility once the police provided a formal conclusion, refusing to offer any compensation or solution for my losses. The entire handling of the situation showed a complete lack of accountability and basic concern for guest safety, which was particularly disappointing.

I have since left Paris, but there has been no progress to date. I can only communicate with the hotel through Trip.com, but I've lost all hope. I advise future guests to choose carefully.

Hôtel Madame Rêve is absolutely a hidden gem in Paris! The Junior Suite is incredibly photogenic with timeless old-money elegance, offering a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower. Every corner is perfect for stylish photos. The front desk staff are friendly, professional and attentive. Breakfast is delicious with great service. Prime location, top-notch atmosphere and exceptional quality make it my first choice in Paris. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Madame Rêve was wonderful. We found the location perfectly positioned to easily walk to the 8th, 1st, and the Marais (3/4). Hotel it self is stunning. The main restaurant on the first floor (The Kitchen?) was wonderful. We enjoyed the soups for lunch and steaks for dinner and they have a robust cocktail menu with well balanced flavors. The ambiance is young and fresh but inviting to all. The music at night can be a bit loud but still easy to talk across the table. We did not get a chance to try Le Plume.

Lastly the hotel staff was extremely attentive with a concierge reachable with WhatsApp. They helped us secure numerous museum tickets and dinner reservations without issue.

The rooms are extremely chic and finely appointed. The size of which is on par with Paris but actually our atelier city view king with the large windows was breathtaking and quite spacious. A big shout out to the cleaning staff. We didn’t make it easy and they were always timely and mindful and did a great job with daily cleaning and turndown service.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is very attentive. The hotel is immaculate. We had dinner in their restaurant ‘the kitchen’. One of the best dinners we’ve had. Their rooftop bar is a must visit with beautiful views. We only stayed for one night but will definitely stay there again in our next visit

Incredible stay and would 100% come back. It’s in a fantastic location to walk and the size of the rooms are larger than your average hotel in Paris. The service was fantastic from all departments. We had Jasmine/Yasmin assist from housekeeping with a spill who helped remove coffee from clothing. She was so kind and generous!

Absolutely loved my stay at Madame Rêve. The staff were truly exceptional, welcoming and attentive, and made the experience feel special.

The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully designed rooms and a stylish restaurant and bar. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. I can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it.
