The room was small, but it had everything I needed. I especially appreciated having a refrigerator. I didn't use the breakfast service, but there's a supermarket and a cafe nearby, so it wasn't an issue, especially with the fridge.

We spent one night as my Wife had stayed here a few months previously.
Check in staff (young guy) was exceptionally rude.
We were given the smallest, coldest room they have. We requested an extra duvet and an hour later when my Wife called to see what’s going on, she was shouted at “that they were busy.” She offered to come and fetch the duvet and was shouted at again.
As a return customer she couldn’t believe how different the experience was on this trip.
At checkout the next morning the staff (an older man) was just as rude as the guy the previous day.
Unfortunately, and for the first time ever, I would have to recommend giving this hotel a skip. Room size and comfort varies too much within the same room group and the male staff members are miserable and rude.

Staff were friendly and helpful and when I had a problem, they quickly and efficiently fixed it

Seemed like a standard French hotel room. Everything worked as it should (except the shower head would not stay up), but nothing fancy.
Elevator was small but worked.
Had issues with watching some sports channels during our stay, but found a way around it without talking to the staff.
Bakery on the corner was great and location could not have been better. Beds were comfortable.

This was our fourth time at The Albe. We had one of the larger corner rooms. Beautiful outlook, great staff, huge bed. Great location.

The reception crew was amazingly helpful with tips for food and transportation. Room was clean. Location is excellent - close to main destinations and safe. Mom with two girls 9 and 15yo.

The Albe Hotel was wonderful. The staff made us feel very at home, and took very good care of my wife and I. The rooms were very clean, and comfortable. My only complaint was the heat, it was very very warm, and made sleeping slightly difficult. Our solution was to partially open the spacious window, which allowed great views of the Seine and the surrounding neighborhood. We would highly recommend Able Hotel and would stay again!

Great, comfortable hotel in the heart of St Michel-Notre Dame, just about 2 minutes from Metro station. Located on a vibrant street, the room was surprisingly quiet.

The friendly and welcoming staff and location made our stay perfect. There was comfortable and very clean rooms, good water pressure and consistent temperature, extra pillows, mini fridge, all you need. We would return if given the opportunity.

The hotel was lovely and in an amazing location- so convenient for exploring Paris. The staff was so warm and welcoming and lovely. We loved our room- it was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was nice too! Our only problem was that we were there for unseasonably warm weather (in the 60s in December) and the room was very warm (the ac was off for the winter) and it was very loud with the windows open (it’s very quiet with them closed). Other than that unlikely problem, it was a perfect stay! We would stay there again and take our chances with the temperature anyway!
